Abstract

一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成,由铝槽(1)、固定支架(2)、导流板(3)、下封帽(4)、上封帽(5)、铝槽堵盖(6)、进液管(7)、出液管(8)组成,两个固定支架(2)设置在铝槽(1)下方的左右两侧,下封帽(4)设置在铝槽(1)出液口的下方,上封帽(5)设置在铝槽(1)出液口的上方。本发明,体积小,传热效率高,通过组件的方式设计的铝座总成,可以在一个铝座总成上实现不同功率的PTC加热功率,通过特别设计的导流板,有利于对液体流速进行定量控制,提高加热效率。

Description

一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件领域,特别是涉及一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成。
背景技术
因为没有发动机,纯电动汽车存在制热功能上的先天不足,除霜也就变成了纯电动汽车绕不开的问题和隐患。锂离子动力电池在低温情况下有启动困难的情况,且如果长时间停放在低温环境下,会导致电池内部结晶,降低电池的充电接受能力和蓄电能力,对电池会造成破坏性的影响。所以电池在冬季需要加热保温,在夏季需要通风散热。以电为能源,以PTC加热元件为发热体,通过加热的防冻液流经管路,直接给电池加热,解决超低温环境下,电池充电接受能力低,蓄电能力降低的问题,延长电池使用寿命。电动汽车PTC水暖加热器是利用电能加热防冻液,解决除霜和车厢取暖、电池保温等一系列问题。铝座采用挤压加工,铝端盖采用冲压成型,在钎焊炉里直接焊接出炉成一体结构,由于浇注难度大,废品率高,采用分体式底座加密封结构可以有效解决以上问题。
发明内容
针对以上所提出来的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成,通过铝槽、支架分体式组装设计,可以实用于不同安装需求,特别设计的出液口导流板设计,有效缓解流速过快造成的热负荷。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成,由铝槽、固定支架、导流板、下封帽、上封帽、铝槽堵盖、进液管、出液管组成,两个固定支架设置在铝槽下方的左右两侧,下封帽设置在铝槽出液口的下方,上封帽设置在铝槽出液口的上方,其特征在于:所述的进液管和出液管与铝槽连接部分设置有螺纹连接的活动铝槽堵盖,可以方便的对进液管和出液管进行拆卸更换。
所述的固定支架与铝槽固定采用螺栓活动连接,可以适用于不同的安装需求。
所述的铝槽出液口中间位置设置有导流板。
所述的铝槽上方中部设置有多个加热包安装孔。
所述的加热包安装孔外周横向设置有多个散热鳍条。
本发明,体积小,传热效率高,通过组件的方式设计的铝座总成,可以在一个铝座总成上实现不同功率的PTC加热功率,通过特别设计的导流板,有利于对液体流速进行定量控制,提高加热效率。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2、图3知,本发明一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成示意图,由铝槽1、固定支架2、导流板3、下封帽4、上封帽5、铝槽堵盖6、进液管7、出液管8组成,两个固定支架2设置在铝槽1下方的左右两侧,下封帽4设置在铝槽1出液口的下方,上封帽5设置在铝槽1出液口的上方,所述的进液管7和出液管8与铝槽1连接部分设置有螺纹连接的活动铝槽堵盖2,可以方便的对进液管7和出液管8进行拆卸更换,所述的固定支架2与铝槽1固定采用螺栓活动连接,可以适用于不同的安装需求,所述的导流板3通过卡扣的方式安装固定在铝槽1出液口中间位置,导流板3采用中空一侧平面,另外一侧为圆弧面过渡设计,形成良好的导流效果,液体经过导流板3可以快速形成减速的目的,形成大流量,低流速的过渡状态,所述的铝槽1上方中部设置有多个加热包安装孔1-1,所述的加热包安装孔1-1外周横向设置有多个散热鳍条1-2。

1.一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成,由铝槽(1)、固定支架(2)、导流板(3)、下封帽(4)、上封帽(5)、铝槽堵盖(6)、进液管(7)、出液管(8)组成,两个固定支架(2)设置在铝槽(1)下方的左右两侧,下封帽(4)设置在铝槽(1)出液口的下方,上封帽(5)设置在铝槽(1)出液口的上方,其特征在于:所述的进液管(7)和出液管(8)与铝槽(1)连接部分设置有螺纹连接的活动铝槽堵盖(2),可以方便的对进液管(7)和出液管(8)进行拆卸更换。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成,其特征在于:所述的固定支架(2)与铝槽(1)固定采用螺栓活动连接,可以适用于不同的安装需求。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成,其特征在于:所述的铝槽(1)出液口中间位置设置有导流板(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成,其特征在于:所述的铝槽(1)上方中部设置有多个加热包安装孔(1-1)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式车用水暖PTC加热体水槽总成,其特征在于:所述的加热包安装孔(1-1)外周横向设置有多个散热鳍条(1-2)。
