- a.ループ型リアクター内に存在する少なくとも1の熱交換器がタービュレーターを備えており、かつ、
b.少なくとも1の反応成分を、計量供給リングを用いてループ型リアクターに供給することを特徴とする、ループ型リアクターにおいて、メタクリル酸メチルを製造するための前駆体としてアセトンシアンヒドリンを硫酸により加水分解する方法。 - 計量供給リングが、ループ型リアクターにおいてポンプの直前に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 計量供給リングがポンプハウジング内に組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- タービュレーターとしてコルクスクリュー類似構造物又はパイプブラシ類似構造物が少なくとも1の熱交換器内に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 様々な構造のタービュレーターがループ型リアクターにおいて使用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 備え付けられている管束型熱交換器の少なくとも50〜70%の管にタービュレーターが取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 500〜750回転数/mを有するタービュレーターが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
