Abstract
Description
i)容器からの多粒子剤が入口を通って分配デバイスのチャンバに入るように貯蔵デバイスを操作するステップと、
ii)進入可能な保持部が所定数の多粒子剤をそれぞれ保持できるようにするステップと、
iii)保持部に保持されていない多粒子剤が、溢出口を通って分配デバイスのチャンバから出て、容器に戻るように、貯蔵デバイスを操作するステップと、
iv)保持されている多粒子剤を解放し、多粒子剤を出口を通して分配するステップと
を含む方法を提供する。

Claims (14)
- 容器から所定数の多粒子剤を計量して分配するための分配デバイスであって、チャンバを備え、前記チャンバが、多粒子剤が前記チャンバに入ることができる入口と、多粒子剤が前記チャンバから出ることができる溢出口と、多粒子剤を前記チャンバから分配することができる出口とを含み、前記チャンバが計量面を備え、前記計量面が、当該計量面内に少なくとも1つの保持部を含み、前記保持部の1つまたはそれぞれが、所定数の多粒子剤を解放可能に保持することが可能であるように構成される、分配デバイス。
- 前記溢出口が、前記計量面内に、または前記計量面に隣接して配置される、請求項1に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記入口と前記溢出口とが、前記チャンバ内への同じ開口である、請求項1または2に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記出口が、可動カバーによって解放可能に封止される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記計量面が、面内に複数の保持部を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、少なくとも1つのバッフルを含み、前記バッフルがユーザにより移動可能であることにより、前記保持部の1つまたは複数への進入を選択的に阻止する、請求項5に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記バッフルが、前記チャンバのサイズを選択的に変えることにより、前記保持部の1つまたは複数への進入を選択的に阻止する、請求項6に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、前記デバイスを容器に結合させるための取付け手段を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記保持部が、前記計量面にあるキャビティである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記保持部が、前記計量面内または前記計量面上で、合計で1〜50個の多粒子剤を保持するように適合される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 前記入口が、選択的に開放可能であり、前記溢出口が、細長い管に通じる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の分配デバイス。
- 容器と、分配デバイスとを備える薬剤貯蔵デバイスであって、前記分配デバイスが、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のものであり、前記容器が、複数の多粒子剤を収容するための貯蔵部と、容器開口とを有し、首部が、前記貯蔵部と前記開口の間に延在し、前記分配デバイスが、多粒子剤が前記容器から出るために前記分配デバイスを通過しなければならないように前記開口に結合される、薬剤貯蔵デバイス。
- 前記薬剤貯蔵デバイスが、さらに、前記容器の首部に解放可能に結合されたチャイルドレジスタンスキャップを備え、前記分配デバイスが、前記容器の前記首部内に少なくとも部分的に配置される、請求項10に記載の容器。
- 薬剤貯蔵デバイスから多粒子剤を分配する方法であって、前記貯蔵デバイスが、容器と、分配デバイスとを備え、前記分配デバイスが、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のものであり、前記容器が、複数の多粒子剤を収容するための貯蔵部と、容器開口とを有し、首部が、前記貯蔵部と前記開口の間に延在し、前記分配デバイスが、多粒子剤が前記容器から出るために前記分配デバイスを通過しなければならないように前記開口に結合され、方法が、
i)前記容器からの多粒子剤が前記入口を通って前記分配デバイスの前記チャンバに入るように前記貯蔵デバイスを操作するステップと、
ii)前記進入可能な保持部が所定数の多粒子剤をそれぞれ保持できるようにするステップと、
iii)保持部に保持されていない多粒子剤が、前記溢出口を通って前記分配デバイスの前記チャンバから出て、前記容器に戻るように、前記貯蔵デバイスを操作するステップと、
iv)前記保持されている多粒子剤を解放し、前記多粒子剤を前記出口を通して分配するステップと
を含む方法。
