Claims (15)
- 複合材料物品を製造するための熱圧縮成形方法であって、
i)製造されるべき物品(30)のネガ形状(31,32)を形成させる成形型(20)を用意し;
ii)前記成形型(20)に、熱硬化性樹脂のマトリックス及び炭素繊維を含む複合材料の1以上のシートを含むSMC半完成品(10)を入れ、その際、該成形型は該熱硬化性樹脂の硬化を可能にするのに適した温度に予め加熱しておき;
iii)前記成形型(20)を閉じ、所定の時間−圧力法則に従ってオートクレーブ中で圧縮サイクルを実施し;
iv)物品(30)を取出す:
工程を含み、ここで、
前記成形型(20)中に入れられるSMC半完成品(10)の量は、製造されるべき物品(30)の体積を基準に計量することによって計算され、
前記形状(31,32)の表面に接触させることが予定されるSMC半完成品(10)の表面の寸法を、該表面が70〜99%の範囲の割合で、特に80%超99%以下の割合で被覆されるように計算することを特徴とする、前記方法。 - 被覆表面の計算において、前記形状(31,32)の表面の全体展開を考慮に入れることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- SMC半完成品を形成する熱硬化性樹脂がビニル−エステル、フェノール系、エポキシ、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、シアノ−エステル樹脂又はそれらの組合せを含む群から好ましく選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の成形方法。
- 用いる炭素が5〜200mmの範囲の長さを有するフィラメントの形にあり、各フィラメントが3000〜24000本の数の炭素繊維から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の成形方法。
- 炭素繊維の量が熱硬化性樹脂の25〜75重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の成形方法。
- 単一指向性炭素繊維を有する予備含浸された布帛の1つ以上の層(40)及び/又は炭素不織布帛の1つ以上のシートを加える工程をさらに含み、該層及び/又はシートを、成形型(20)中で形成される形状の表面(31,32)と接触させることが予定されるSMC半完成品(10)の片面又は両面と接触して配置させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の成形方法。
- 前記の予備含浸された材料が、互いに平行に配列された複数の炭素繊維を浸漬させた熱硬化性樹脂マトリックスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の成形方法。
- 前記の予備含浸された布帛が20〜140g/m2の範囲の炭素含有率を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記不織布帛が40〜200g/m2の範囲の炭素含有率を有することを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の成形方法。
- 単一指向性炭素繊維を有する予備含浸された布帛の1つ以上の層に切れ目を入れる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の成形方法。
- 前記切れ目が前記炭素繊維の方向に対して30°〜60°の範囲の角度で傾いていること、及び前記炭素繊維の方向に沿った連続した切れ目が部分的に一列に並んでおらず且つ繊維の最大50%をシェアするように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の成形方法。
- 前記切れ目が1〜20mmの範囲の長さを有し且つそれらの相対距離が5〜100mmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の成形方法。
- 複合材料から作られた物品であって、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする、前記物品。
- 自動車車体エレメントであって、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする、前記車体エレメント。
- 自動車客室用の被覆エレメントであって、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする、前記被覆エレメント。
