Claims (8)
- 織りパターンを有する圧盤を型に導入するステップと、
型に熱硬化性材料を提供するステップ、ここで、前記熱硬化性材料は細断されたカーボンファイバーで強化される、と、
圧盤を圧力および熱の下で熱硬化性材料に施用して、織りカーボンファイバーマットを模倣する織りパターンを熱硬化性材料の表面に与えるステップと、
熱硬化性材料を硬化させるステップと、
熱硬化性物品を型から取り出すステップと、
を含む、物品の形成中に、熱硬化性物品の表面にシボを与えるための方法。 - 圧盤をレーザーエッチングしてシボをもたらす、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱硬化性材料が、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、ポリビニルエステル樹脂、フェノール樹脂、グアナミン樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、ビスマレイミドトリアジン樹脂、フラン樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリジアリールフタレート樹脂、メラミン樹脂、尿素樹脂、またはアミノ樹脂のうちの少なくとも1つの樹脂である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱硬化性材料がシート成形組成物(SMC)である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱硬化性材料にカーボンファイバーが含浸されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 織りカーボンファイバーマットを模倣する織りパターンのシボを備えた圧盤と、
型ベースと、
細断されたカーボンファイバーで強化された熱硬化性材料の供給と
を備える、熱硬化性物品にシボ付き表面を生じるためのシステム。 - 熱硬化性材料が、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、ポリビニルエステル樹脂、フェノール樹脂、グアナミン樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、ビスマレイミドトリアジン樹脂、フラン樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリジアリールフタレート樹脂、メラミン樹脂、尿素樹脂、またはアミノ樹脂のうちの少なくとも1つの樹脂である、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 熱硬化性材料がシート成形組成物(SMC)である、請求項6または7に記載のシステム。
