Claims (10)
- 강화섬유플라스틱을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,함침 몰드에 강화재가 안착되는 단계(S1);이 강화재에 수지가 도포되는 단계(S2);상기 강화재에 도포된 수지 위에 비닐이 씌워진 상태에서 롤러에 의해 수지가 강화재에 고루 분포되는 단계(S3);상기 수지가 고루 분포된 강화재가 제1챔버에서 고온으로 숙성되는 단계(S4);상기 제1챔버에서 숙성된 강화재가 고온의 프레스에 의해 가압되어 수지가 강화재에 완전 함침되면서 성형 몰드의 형상으로 성형되는 단계(S5); 및상기 성형된 강화재가 제2챔버에서 고온으로 급속 경화되는 단계(S6);가 포함되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화플라스틱 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1챔버에서 강화재의 숙성을 위해 내부 온도가 55~70℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화플라스틱 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프레스의 온도는 140~150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화플라스틱 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2챔버에서 성형된 강화재를 급속 경화시키기 위해 내부 온도가 125~135℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화플라스틱 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지는 고온에서 경화가 발생될 수 있는 N21b 수지와, BR-235,BR-270, BK-495 수지 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화플라스틱 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 성형 제작되는 섬유강화플라스틱 성형품.
- 제6항의 상기 섬유강화플라스틱 성형품으로 제작된 손수레의 일체형 적재함.
- 제6항의 상기 섬유강화플라스틱 성형품으로, 수용함과 덮개를 포함하는 적사함.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수용함에 상기 덮개가 피봇 회전 가능하도록 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적사함.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법을 구현하기 위해,함침 몰드;이 함침 몰드에 안착된 강화재에 수지가 도포되고, 이 수지 위에 비닐이 씌워진 상태에서 수지를 강화재에 분포하는 롤러;상기 수지가 고루 분포된 강화재가 숙성되도록 고온의 내부를 갖는 제1챔버;이 제1챔버에서 숙성된 강화재가 안착되는 성형 몰드;이 성형 몰드에 안착된 강화재를 가압하여 성형 몰드의 형상으로 성형시키면서 수지를 강화재에 완전 함침시키는 고온의 프레스;상기 프레스에 의해 성형된 강화재를 급속 경화시키도록 고온의 내부를 갖는 제2챔버;가 포함되어 이루어진 섬유강화플라스틱 제조장치.
