Claims (4)
- 軸受の表面における個体潤滑作用を得るのに十分な比率を有する硫黄と、軸受の表面に摩耗の低減を得られる比率を有する炭化物と、比率が1重量%から6重量%までの1つ又はそれ以上の合金元素であるコバルト(Co)、ニオブ(Nb)、レニウム(Re)、タンタル(Ta)、バナジウム(V)、タングステン(W)、ハフニウム(Hf)、イットリウム(Y)及びジルコニウム(Zr)とを含むオーステナイト系鉄マトリクス合金からなる耐熱軸受材料であって、
以下の付加的合金元素(重量パーセント):炭素(C)=0.8から1.5、クロム(Cr)=20から32、マンガン(Mn)=0から1.0、シリコン(Si)=1.5から3.5、ニッケル(Ni)=12から25、モリブデン(Mo)=0.5から5.5、ニオブ(Nb)=0から3.5、タングステン(W)=1.0から6.5、硫黄(S)=0.15から0.5、銅(Cu)=0から3.5、窒素(N)=0から0.8、及び不可避の不純物を含む残りの鉄(Fe)を含むことを特徴とする軸受材料。 - 請求項1に記載の軸受材料において、
前記付加的合金元素は、炭素(C)=0.9から1.4、クロム(Cr)=21から28、マンガン(Mn)=0.1から1.0、シリコン(Si)=2.05から3.5、ニッケル(Ni)=14から23、モリブデン(Mo)=1.5から3.5、ニオブ(Nb)=1.0から3.0、タングステン(W)=2.0から3.5、硫黄(S)=0.15から0.5、銅(Cu)=1.0から3.5、窒素(N)=0.1から0.8、及び不可避の不純物を含む残りの鉄(Fe)であることを特徴とする軸受材料。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の軸受材料において、
内燃機関における排ガスの流れを規制するターボ過給器又は排ガス循環装置に用いられる軸受材料。 - 内燃機関における排ガスの流れを規制するターボ過給器又は排ガス循環装置に用いる軸受の構成要素は、請求項1又は2に記載の軸受材料により構成される。
