Description
Claims (5)
- 鋼製支持殻、及び支持殻上に設けられかつ銅を基本成分とし主合金元素として錫及び亜鉛を含む鉛なし軸受金属層を有する滑り軸受において、軸受金属層が、2.5〜11重量%の錫成分、0.5〜5重量%の亜鉛成分、合わせて少なくとも0.01重量%のジルコニウム及びチタンの成分、及び少なくとも0.03重量%の燐の成分を持ち、ジルコニウム、チタン及び燐の成分の和が最大でも0.25重量%になり、錫成分及び亜鉛成分の和が3〜13重量%であることを特徴とする、滑り軸受。
- 燐成分の上限が0.08重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受。
- 軸受金属層が、ニッケル、マンガン、アルミニウム、銀、鉄、砒素、アンチモン及びコバルトを含む元素群から少なくとも1つの付加的な元素を持ち、これらの元素の個別成分が最大でも2.5重量%、この群の使用される元素の合計成分が最大でも11重量%なるべく最大でも9.5重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の滑り軸受。
- 元素群の使用される元素の個別成分が最大でも0.5重量%なるべく最大でも0.05重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の滑り軸受。
- 軸受金属層が最大でも2重量%までのビスマス成分を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の滑り軸受。
