Abstract
Description
多孔性シート(ミクロ孔シートを含む)はよく知られており、この材料については、多くの用途と製造方法が判明している。ここで記載する用途には、電池セパレータ、フィルター、通気性のある可撓性包装、傷用包帯の構成要素、及び衣服で使用するための通気性膜が含まれる。これらの製造方法には例えば、「A review on the Separators of liquid electrolyte Li-ion batteries」、Journal of Power Sources, 164, (2007), 351 -64で報告された方法が含まれる。これらの方法はいわゆる乾式、及び湿式の工程、相転換、及び熱誘導式の液相−液相分離を包含する。これらの報告はまた、電池セパレータとして使用するために製造される膜など(有孔ポリマーシートを含む)を記載しており、これらは後続の被覆工程で変性させることができ、これによって、セパレータと電極との間の濡れ性又は表面接触などに関連する特性が、変性及び改善される。
本発明の対象は、孔の配置構成A0を有する、多孔性Pが30%以上、50%以下の有孔ポリマーシートであって、その特徴は、
A01:孔の形状、
A02:孔の短半径の比、
A03:孔の配向性、及び
A04:孔の規則的な配置
であり、
このポリマーシートは、A01、A02、A03、及び/又はA04のうち少なくとも1つにおいてA0とは異なる、多孔性が同じで孔の配置構成が異なるポリマーシートよりも、引き裂かれずに、長手方向においてより大きい引張応力に耐える。
多孔性=(孔の面積/シートの面積)×100%
Z=(90.6−142×P)MPaからZ=(80.9−95×P)MPa
本発明による有孔ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)シート(それぞれ厚さは4.5μm、多孔性は30〜50%の範囲で異なる)が、どの程度の引張応力に対して、裂けずに耐えられるのかを測定した。
Z=(90.6−142×P)MPaからZ=(80.9−95×P)MPa
Claims (8)
- 多孔性Pが30%以上、かつ50%以下であり、孔の配置構成A0を有する有孔ポリマーシートにおいて、
A01:孔の形状、
A02:孔の短半径の比、
A03:孔の配向性、及び
A04:孔の規則的な配置
を特徴とし、A01、A02、A03、及び/又はA04のうち少なくとも1つの特徴においてA0とは異なる、多孔性が同じで孔の配置構成が異なるポリマーシートよりも、引き裂かれずに、長手方向においてより大きい引張応力に耐える、前記有孔ポリマーシート。 - Z=(90.6−142×P)MPaからZ=(80.9−95×P)MPaの範囲にある引張応力Zに耐える、請求項1に記載の有孔ポリマーシート。
- 前記孔がずれた楕円であり、ここで軸比が、1.5:1から5:1、好ましくは2:1から4:1、さらに特に好ましくは2.8:1から3.2:1、極めて特に好ましくは3:1であり、
長い方の短軸が引張方向に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有孔ポリマーシート。 - 前記有孔ポリマーシートの材料が、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレングリコールテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレングリコールナフテネート(PEN)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)、ポリアミド(PA)、芳香族ポリアミド(Ar)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリエステルコポリマー、ポリオレフィン、フッ素化ポリマー、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、セルロースエステル、これらのポリマーから成るコポリマー、又はこれらのポリマー及び/若しくはコポリマーの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有孔ポリマーシート。
- その上にセラミック被覆が施与されているか、又はセラミック材料若しくは非セラミック材料で含浸された、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の有孔ポリマーシート。
- 気体から保護するための包装材料としての、
電気化学的な膜としての、
空気調整装置、衣服、クリーンルーム、濾過、若しくは分離のための膜としての、又は
電池セパレータとしての、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の有孔ポリマーシートの使用。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の有孔ポリマーシートと、
前記有孔ポリマーシートがその上に積層されている多孔性媒体と、
を有する、積層体。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の有孔ポリマーシート、又は請求項7に記載の積層体を有する、電池セパレータを備える電池。
