- 断面が「Y」字状に形成された筐体部と、前記筐体部の内側に挿入され、電気を通電させる接点端子と、前記筐体部の上側に載置され、前記接点端子により電力が供給される基板部と、を備える発光ダイオードランプ組立体において、
前記基板部(20)の上部に配設され、前記基板部(20)に搭載されたLEDから発せられる光を効果的に発散できるようにする蓋体部(40)をさらに備えることを特徴とする発光ダイオードランプ組立体。 - 前記筐体部は、前後面に接点端子ガイド溝が形成された胴体部と、前記胴体部の上側に載置され、断面が「匚」字状の形状を呈する基板載置部と、を備え、
前記基板載置部(12)の上面には、所定の間隔を隔てて形成された溝部(121)と、前記溝部の内側に形成された基板載置面(122)と、前記基板載置面(122)の一方の側に形成され、外側に延びて突出され、接点端子が結着できるようにする係止突部(123)と、前記基板載置部(12)の内側に接点端子(30)が貫通されて前記胴体部(11)の接点端子ガイド溝(111)に挿入できるようにする接点端子ガイド通孔(124)と、前記係止突部(123)と接点端子ガイド通孔(124)との間に接点端子(30)を固定できるようにする接点端子固定突部(125)と、前記基板載置部(12)の内側の底面に形成されて熱が外部に放出できるように形成された多数の通風口(126)と、前記基板載置部(12)の上部に配設され、前記蓋体部(40)が固定できるようにする蓋体固定部(127)と、が配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードランプ組立体。 - 前記基板部(20)は前記筐体部(10)の基板載置部(12)に載置されるものであり、前記基板部(20)の上面には一つ以上の表面実装型発光ダイオード(24)が取り付けられ、前記基板の内側には所定の間隔を隔てた接点端子固定溝(213)を有する筐体載置突部(211)と、前記筐体載置突部(211)と他の筐体載置突部(211)との間に形成され、前記蓋体部(40)の蓋体固定部(127)が外部に露出できるようにする蓋体固定部係合溝(212)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードランプ組立体。
- 前記基板部(20)は、水平に形成された第1基板(21)と、前記第1基板(21)の下部に形成された第2基板(22)と、を備え、前記第1基板(21)に印加された電源を前記第2基板(22)に印加できるように通電部(23)を備え、
前記通電部(23)は、前記第1基板(21)及び第2基板(22)内に嵌入されて半田付けにより固定される接続ピン(231)と、前記接続ピン(231)の内側に配設される絶縁物質で被覆された絶縁体(233)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードランプ組立体。 - 前記接点端子(30)は筐体部(10)の接点端子ガイド通孔(124)を介して接点端子ガイド溝(121)内に嵌入されるものであり、係止突部(123)に結着される接点端子胴体部(31)と、前記接点端子胴体部(31)の一方の端が外側に延びて「L」字状に形成され、接点端子固定突部(125)と係合されて固定できるようにする接点端子係止通孔(321)を有する接点端子延在突部(32)と、前記接点端子延在突部(32)の他方の端に延び、「¬」字状に折り曲げられて下向きになり、前記胴体部の接点端子ガイド溝(111)内に嵌入される接点端子固定部(33)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードランプ組立体。
- 前記蓋体部(40)は前記筐体部(10)の上側に載置されるものであり、前記基板部(20)の筐体載置突部(211)が外部に露出できるように下側に形成された多数の溝部(41)と、内側に形成されて前記筐体部(10)の蓋体固定部(127)と係合できるようにする係合突部(42)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードランプ組立体。
