Abstract
Description
−気流の総流量は、5kg/sに設定され、
−全体の温度は、235℃に設定された。
−気体に対するマットの透過性Kに関して、「直交」インデックスは、製品の厚さを通して計測されることを意味し、「平行」インデックスは、グラスウールマットの平面で計測されることを意味し、
−高い横透過性:グリルを通過する気流によって生成される圧力降下は、マットにて生成される圧力降下に比べて、無視できるものと仮定され、
−低い縦透過性:縦透過性は、マットの10分の1である。
−区画および繊維マットを通過する間に、換気ダクトで生じた圧力降下と、
−繊維マットを通過する平均垂直通過速度の分布の均一性である。この均一性は、繊維マットの幅に亘って該垂直速度の変動を計算することによって計測され、マットの全長に亘って積分される。
表1にて示された結果は、本発明に係る種々の構成の全てにおいて、レファレンス構成(図3に示す実施例1)と比べて、換気ダクトにて発生した圧力降下ΔPが実質低減していることを示している。このレファレンス構成においては、高温気体の供給が、区画の一方のみの側部で行われている。
観測された傾向は、低密度の製品に関して上述したものと同様である。それよりも僅かに小さな規模の圧力降下の改善が、観測されている。また、高密度製品においては、レファレンス構成にて得られた左右の不均一さは、それ程大きくはなかったが、垂直通過速度の均一性は、改善されている(図8を参照)。
Claims (14)
- 鉱物繊維のマット(11)に含まれる熱硬化性結合剤を焼成するためのオーブン(12)であって、
一連の複数の区画(21〜27)を備え、
前記繊維のマットは、前記複数の区画(21〜27)を連続的に通過し、ガスを透過可能な上側コンベア(13)および下側コンベア(14)によって、前記複数の区画を通って圧縮されて運搬され、
前記複数の区画の各々は、
前記マットの移動方向(50)に沿う長さLと、
高温気体を導入するための手段(28)であって、前記繊維のマットの下方または上方に配置された、手段(28)と、
前記高温気体が前記マットを通過した後に該気体を排出するための手段(29)であって、前記マットの、反対側の面の上側または下側にそれぞれ配置された、手段(29)と、を有し、
前記結合剤は、その硬化温度よりも高い温度に徐々に加熱され、
前記オーブンは、少なくとも1つの区画(30)を備え、
該区画(30)において、前記高温気体を導入するための手段(28)は、気体入口を有し、該気体入口は、前記区画の第1の横側部(33)に形成された開口(31a、31b)において部分的に開口するとともに、前記区画の、反対側の横側部(34)に形成された開口において部分的に開口する、オーブン。 - 前記少なくとも1つの区画の内部において、前記高温気体が前記マットを通過した後に該気体を排出するための手段は、気体出口を有し、該気体出口は、前記第1の横側部(33)に形成された開口(32a、32b)において部分的に開口するとともに、前記区画の、前記反対側の横側部(34)に形成された開口において部分的に開口する、請求項1に記載のオーブン。
- 前記少なくとも1つの区画の前記長さLの方向に沿って、前記第1の側部(33)の上の前記気体入口のために形成された前記開口(31a)は、前記反対側の側部の上の前記気体入口のために形成された前記開口(31b)と実質対面するように配置される、請求項1または2に記載のオーブン。
- 前記少なくとも1つの区画の前記長さLの方向に沿って、前記第1の側部(33)の上の前記気体入口のために形成された前記開口(31a)、および、前記反対側の側部(34)の上の前記気体入口のために形成された前記開口(31b)は、互いに対してオフセットされる、請求項1または2に記載のオーブン。
- 前記少なくとも1つの区画の前記長さLの方向に沿って、前記第1の側部(33)の上の前記開口(31a)、および、前記反対側の側部(34)の上の前記開口(31b)は、前記長さLの5%〜30%の間の重複領域を有する、請求項4に記載のオーブン。
- 前記少なくとも1つの区画の前記長さLの方向に沿って、前記第1の側部(33)の上の前記開口(31a)、および、前記反対側の側部の上の前記開口(31b)は、重複領域を有さない、請求項4に記載のオーブン。
- 前記少なくとも1つの区画の前記長さLの方向に沿って、2つの前記側部(33、34)の上の前記気体入口のために形成された前記開口(31a、31b)は、互いに対してオフセットされ、
前記開口(31a、31b)は、
前記第1の側部(33)において、前記区画の前記長さの方向の第1の端部(35)から、前記区画の反対側の端部(36)に向かって、前記長さの80%よりも小さい部分に亘って、配置され、且つ
前記反対側の側部(34)において、前記区画の前記長さの方向の前記反対側の端部(36)から、他方の前記端部(35)に向かって、前記長さの80%よりも小さい部分に亘って、配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のオーブン。 - 前記少なくとも1つの区画の前記長さLの方向に沿って、前記第1の側部(33)に形成された前記開口(31a)は、第1の端部(35)から、前記区画の中心まで延在し、
前記反対側の側部(34)に形成された前記開口(31b)は、他方の端部(36)から前記区画の中心まで延在する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のオーブン。 - 前記少なくとも1つの区画の前記長さLの方向に沿って、前記気体が前記繊維のマットを通過した後に該気体を排出するために形成された開口(32a)は、前記気体出口の開口(31a)の上方に配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のオーブン。
- 前記少なくとも1つの区画の前記長さLの方向に沿って、前記気体が前記繊維のマットを通過した後に該気体を排出するために形成された開口(32a)は、前記気体入口の前記開口(31a)に対してオフセットされる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のオーブン。
- 前記請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の区画。
- ミネラルウール繊維、特にグラスウール繊維のマットを製造する方法であって、
前記繊維を繊維化し、該繊維に熱硬化性結合剤の溶液を塗布する工程と、
前記結合剤を硬化可能な温度まで該結合剤を加熱する工程と、を少なくとも備え、
前記加熱する工程は、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のオーブンを用いて行われる、方法。 - 前記結合剤は、特に水添または非水添砂糖に基づいた植物源から得られる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 200℃〜250℃の間の温度の高温気体が、前記オーブンに導入される、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
