Abstract
Сушильный шкаф (12) для прогрева термоотверждаемого связующего в мате (11) из минеральных волокон, содержащий последовательность камер (21-27), через которые последовательно проходит упомянутый мат, при этом упомянутый мат сжат и транспортируется через упомянутые камеры верхними (13) и нижними (14) конвейерами, проницаемыми для газов, причем каждая камера в направлении перемещения (50) мата имеет длину L и дополнительно содержит средства (28) подвода горячего потока воздуха, расположенные или снизу, или сверху упомянутого волокнистого мата, а также средства (29) удаления воздуха после его прохождения через мат, расположенные соответственно или сверху, или снизу противоположной стороны упомянутого мата таким образом, чтобы связующее постепенно доводилось до температуры, превышающей его температуру отверждения, отличающийся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере одну камеру (30), в которой упомянутые средства (28) подачи воздуха включают подводы воздуха, открывающиеся частично в отверстия (31а, 31b), выполненные на первой боковой стороне (33) упомянутой камеры, и частично в отверстия, выполненные на противоположной стороне (34) упомянутой камеры.
