Description

本発明の別の実施形態は、平面状表面の下方に延びる角錐状先端部を有する複数の方形直方体基部のくぼみを有する成形型を準備することと、該平面状表面に溶融加工可能なポリマーフィルムを適用することと、該ポリマーフィルム上に多孔性基部構造体を適用することと、該フィルムの一部を該くぼみに押し込み、同時に該多孔性基部構造体を該フィルムに積層するのに十分な圧力及び温度を該多孔性基部構造体及び該ポリマーフィルムに加えることと、該成形接着構造体を該成形型から取り出すことと、を含む、接着構造体の製造プロセスを目的とする。
一実施形態において、活性薬剤は、ゲンタマイシン又はZEVTERA(商標)(セフトビプロールメドカリル)ブランドの抗生物質(スイス国バーゼル(Basel)のバシリアファーマシューティカ社(Basilea Pharmaceutica Ltd.)から入手可能)のような薬剤を含めた抗生物質であってもよい。一実施形態では、接着構造体は、オクテニジン、オクテニジン二塩酸塩(Octenisept(登録商標)消毒薬(Schulke & Mayr(Norderstedt,Germany))の活性成分として入手可能)、ポリヘキサメチレンビグアニド(PHMB)(Braun(Switzerland)からLavasept(登録商標)の活性成分として入手可能)、トリクロサン、銅(Cu)、銀(Ag)、ナノ銀、金(Au)、セレン(Se)、ガリウム(Ga)、タウロリジン、N−クロロタウリン、Listerine(登録商標)口腔洗浄薬などのアルコール系防腐薬、N−ラウリル−L−アルギニンエチルエステル(LAE)、ミリスタミドプロピルジメチルアミン(MAPD、SCHERCODINE(商標)Mの活性成分として入手可能)、オレアミドプロピルジメチルアミン(OAPD、SCHERCODINE(商標)Oの活性成分として入手可能)、及び、ステアラミドプロピルジメチルアミン(SAPD、SCHERCODINE(商標)Sの活性成分として入手可能)など、(体液の存在下でも)種々の細菌及び酵母に対して使用される広域抗菌薬を含んでよい。一実施形態において、薬剤はオクテニジン二塩酸塩(以下、オクテニジンと呼ぶ)及び/又はPHMBであってもよい。活性薬剤は、薬剤の放出時間を調節するために、生体吸収性コーティングポリマーと共に適用されてもよい。
本発明の接着構造体は、平面状表面の下方に延びる角錐状先端部を有する複数の方形直方体基部のくぼみを有する成形型を準備することと、該成形型に溶融加工可能なポリマーを適用することと、該くぼみ及び該平面状表面を充填するために平面状表面と、該平面状表面の下方に延びる角錐状先端部を有する方形直方体基部の突起と、を有する、第1の成形接着構造体を形成することと、該成形接着構造体を該成形型から取り出すことと、によって形成できる。
(11) 平面状表面の下方に延びる角錐状先端部を有する複数の方形直方体基部のくぼみを有する成形型を準備することと、
該成形型に溶融加工可能なポリマーフィルムを適用することと、
該ポリマーフィルムの一部を該くぼみに押し込むのに十分な圧力及び温度を、該フィルムに加え、平面状表面と、該平面状表面の下方に延びる角錐状先端部を有する方形直方体基部の突起と、を有する、第1の成形接着構造体を形成することと、
該成形接着構造体を該成形型から取り出すことと、を含む、接着構造体の製造プロセス。
(12) 前記ポリマーを前記くぼみに流入させて充填すると同時に、多孔性基部構造体を前記第1の成形接着構造体に積層するように、前記温度及び圧力を加えることの前に、前記ポリマーフィルム上に前記多孔性基部構造体を適用すること、を更に含む、実施態様11に記載のプロセス。
(13) 前記第1の成形接着構造体を前記成形型から取り出すことの前に、多孔性基部構造体を前記くぼみの反対側の前記平面状表面に積層すること、を更に含む、実施態様11に記載のプロセス。
(14) 前記第1の成形接着構造体と実質的に同一の第2の成形接着構造体を作製することと、前記第1の接着構造体を該第2の接着構造体に積層することであって、積層することは、それぞれの成形型から積層された構造体を取り出すことの前に行われる、ことと、を更に含む、実施態様11〜13のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
(15) 前記第1の成形接着構造体と異なる第2の成形接着構造体を作製することと、前記第1の接着構造体を該第2の接着構造体に積層することであって、積層することは、それぞれの成形型から積層された構造体を取り出すことの前に行われる、ことと、を更に含む、実施態様11〜13のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
