Abstract
Description
1.無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)がWTRUの位置を決定すること、および、WTRUが、決定されたWTRUの位置に基づいて、アプリケーションがWTRUに利用可能かどうか判定することを含む、無線通信の方法。
Claims (20)
- 無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)が前記WTRUの位置を決定するステップと、
前記WTRUが、前記WTRUの前記決定された位置に基づいて、アプリケーションが前記WTRUに利用可能かどうか判定するステップと、
前記WTRUの前記決定された位置に基づいて前記アプリケーションが前記WTRUに利用可能であると判定されたならば、前記WTRUが、前記アプリケーションをホストするアプリケーションサービスへのアクセスを開始するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする無線通信の方法。 - 前記WTRUは、全地球測位システム(GPS)測位と、アシスト型GPS(A−GPS)測位と、観測到達時間差(OTDOA)測位と、所与のセルのセクタ中に前記WTRUが位置するかどうか判定することと、所与のセル識別子に関連する所与のセル中に前記WTRUが位置するかどうか判定することと、所与のセルエリア内に前記WTRUが位置するかどうか判定することと、所与のトラッキングエリア内に前記WTRUが位置するかどうか判定することと、呼の中でブロードキャストされるシステム情報要素と、所与のセル中で利用可能なマルチメディアブロードキャストマルチメディアサービス(MBMS)セッションと、WiFiパラメータと、所与のセルのモビリティ管理エンティティ(MME)エリアに前記WTRUが位置するかどうか判定することと、別のWTRUから前記WTRUが発見関連信号を受信するかどうか判定することとのうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記WTRUの前記位置を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記WTRUは、ネットワークアクセスサーバ(NAS)サービス要求とNAS ATTACHプロシージャとのうちの少なくとも一方を使用して前記アプリケーションサービスへの登録を開始することによって、前記アプリケーションサービスへのアクセスを開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アプリケーションサービスは、アプリケーションサーバと、別のWTRUとのうちの一方によって提供されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アプリケーションサービスは前記別のWTRUによってピアツーピア通信を介して提供され、前記別のWTRUはデータオフロードサービスを提供することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記アプリケーションサービスは前記別のWTRUによってピアツーピア通信を介して提供され、前記別のWTRUはWiFiアクセスポイントであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記WTRUは、
少なくとも1つのアプリケーションに関係するローカライズドアプリケーション情報(LAI)を前記アプリケーションサービスから受信すること、および、
前記受信したLAIに基づいて前記少なくとも1つのアプリケーションが前記WTRUに利用可能かどうか判定すること
によって、前記WTRUの前記決定された位置に基づいてアプリケーションが前記WTRUに利用可能かどうか判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記LAIは前記少なくとも1つのアプリケーションの少なくともロケーションエリアに関する情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記WTRUが、前記WTRUの前記決定された位置に基づいて、アプリケーションが前記WTRUに利用可能であり続けるかどうか周期的に判定するステップと、
前記アプリケーションがもはや前記WTRUに利用可能でないと前記WTRUが判定したならば、前記アプリケーションサービスとの通信を中断するステップと
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記アプリケーションサーバとの通信を中断する前記ステップは、前記アプリケーションサービスからの登録解除を開始するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)が、アプリケーションサービスによってホストされる所与のアプリケーションのロケーションエリア内にWTRUがあることを示す表示を前記アプリケーションサービスから受信するステップと、
前記WTRUが、前記アプリケーションサービスから前記表示を受信するのに応答して、前記所与のアプリケーションをホストする前記アプリケーションサービスへのアクセスを開始するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする無線通信の方法。 - 前記WTRUは、ネットワークアクセスサーバ(NAS)要求とNAS ATTACHプロシージャとのうちの少なくとも一方を使用して前記アプリケーションサーバへの登録を開始することによって、前記アプリケーションサーバへのアクセスを開始することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記アプリケーションサービスはアプリケーションサーバによって提供されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記WTRUが前記所与のアプリケーションの前記ロケーションエリアに入ったならば、前記WTRUが前記所与のアプリケーションの前記ロケーションエリア内にあることを示す前記表示を前記アプリケーションサービスから受信するために、前記WTRUが前記所与のアプリケーションに登録するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)であって、
前記WTRUの位置を決定し、
前記WTRUの前記決定された位置に基づいて、アプリケーションが前記WTRUに利用可能かどうか判定し、
前記WTRUの前記決定された位置に基づいて前記アプリケーションが前記WTRUに利用可能であると判定されたならば、前記アプリケーションをホストするアプリケーションサービスへのアクセスを開始する
ように構成されたプロセッサを備えることを特徴とするWTRU。 - 前記プロセッサは、全地球測位システム(GPS)測位と、アシスト型GPS(A−GPS)測位と、観測到達時間差(OTDOA)測位と、所与のセルのセクタ中に前記WTRUが位置するかどうか判定することと、所与のセル識別子に関連する所与のセル中に前記WTRUが位置するかどうか判定することと、所与のセルエリア内に前記WTRUが位置するかどうか判定することと、所与のトラッキングエリア内に前記WTRUが位置するかどうか判定することと、呼の中でブロードキャストされるシステム情報要素と、所与のセル中で利用可能なマルチメディアブロードキャストマルチメディアサービス(MBMS)セッションと、WiFiパラメータと、所与のセルのモビリティ管理エンティティ(MME)エリアに前記WTRUが位置するかどうか判定することと、別のWTRUから前記WTRUが発見関連信号を受信するかどうか判定することとのうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記WTRUの前記位置を決定するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のWTRU。
- 前記プロセッサは、ネットワークアクセスサーバ(NAS)サービス要求とNAS ATTACHプロシージャとのうちの少なくとも一方を使用して前記アプリケーションサーバへの登録を開始することによって、前記アプリケーションサーバへのアクセスを開始するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のWTRU。
- 前記アプリケーションサービスは別のWTRUによってピアツーピア通信を介して提供され、前記別のWTRUはWiFiアクセスポイントであることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のWTRU。
- 前記アプリケーションサービスは前記別のWTRUによってピアツーピア通信を介して提供され、前記別のWTRUはデータオフロードサービスを提供することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のWTRU。
- 前記アプリケーションサービスはアプリケーションサーバと別のWTRUとのうちの一方によって提供されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のWTRU。
