Claims (4)
- アノードと、カソードと、セパレータと、を含む電池組立体をパウチの内部に配置し、前記パウチの内部に電解液を注入した後、パウチをシールするパウチ型電池のシール装置であって、
パウチのシール部の上下に配置されるシール具を含み、
前記シール具は、前記シール部の内側から外側に向かって厚さが減少するようにシール部をシールするように配置されることを特徴とする、パウチ型電池のシール装置。 - 前記シール部の内側から外側に向かって前記シール具同士が近接するように前記シール具が傾いて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池のシール装置。
- 電極組立体をパウチに投入する電極組立体投入段階と、
前記パウチに電解液を注入する電解液注入段階と、
前記パウチの周縁をシールするシール段階と、を含み、
前記シール段階において、前記パウチがシールされるシール部は、内側から外側に向かって厚さが減少するようにシールされることを特徴とする、パウチ型電池のシール方法。 - アノードと、カソードと、セパレータと、を含む電池組立体と、
前記電池組立体が内部に位置するパウチと、
前記パウチの内部に注入される電解液と、を含み、
前記パウチがシールされるシール部は、内側から外側に向かって厚さが減少することを特徴とする、パウチ型電池。
