Claims (18)
- 電気ケーブル(Leitungsstucke)のための電気コネクタであって、以下の:
第1ケーブルを受けるための1の接続スリーブ(103,501);及び、
前記接続スリーブ(103,501)中の第1ケーブルをインターロッキングするための第1固定ピン(105、519)がある1の固定要素(101、503)を備え、
ここで、前記固定要素(101、503)は、第1固定ピン(105、519)により前記第1ケーブルを前記接続スリーブ(103,501)中にインターロッキングするために、前記接続スリーブ(103,501)上に配置される、電気コネクタ。 - 前記接続スリーブ(103,501)の断面が環状、特に矩形環状である、請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記固定要素(101、503)に前記接続スリーブ(103、501)が接続された、特に、スナップイン結合で接続された、請求項1又は2記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記接続スリーブ(103、501)に少なくとも1つのスナップイン凸部(119、121、123、311)があり、かつ、前記固定要素(101)に少なくとも1つのスナップイン凹部(111、113、115、117)があるか;又は、前記固定要素(101,503)に少なくとも1つのスナップイン凹部(303、305、307、309、509、511)があり、かつ、前記固定要素に少なくとも1つのスナップイン凸部(403、405、407、409,505、507)がある、請求項3記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記接続スリープ(103、501)が第2電気ケーブルに取り付けられており、かつ、前記固定要素(101、503)は、前記接続スリーブ(103、501)中に第2ケーブルをインターロッキングする第2固定ピン(401、521)を含む、請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記接続スリープ(103,501)には、少なくとも1の固定ピン(105、401、519、521)を受けるための少なくとも1の開口部(109、309、525、527)がある1のスリープ壁(107、523)がある、請求項1〜5いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- インターロッキングのため、特に1の孔又は開口部を形成するように、各ケーブルが形成されるように、各固定ピン(105、401、519、521)が構成される、請求項1〜6いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- インターロッキングのために、少なくとも部分的に、各ケーブルの絶縁層に貫通するか又は各ケーブルの絶縁層を突き抜けるように、各固定ピン(105、401、519、521)が構成される、請求項1〜7いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 各固定ピン(105、401、519、521)が各電気ケーブルにより駆動されるか、又は、インターロッキングが各々行われるように、各電気ケーブルが突き抜けるように各固定ピン(105、401、519、521)が構成される、請求項7又は8記載の電気コネクタ。
- 各電気ケーブルが1のプリント回路板、特にフレキシブルプリント回路板であり;前記各プリント回路板には基層があり;インターロッキングが各々行われるように、各基層中で各プリント回路板を貫通するように、特に各基層を突き抜けるように、各固定ピン(105、401、519、521)が構成される、請求項7〜9いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 各電気ケーブルには1の開口部があり、かつ、インターロッキングが各々行われるように、各固定ピン(105、401、519、521)は各開口部に挿入できる、請求項1〜10いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記接続スリープ(103,501)は、各電気ケーブルの少なくとも1つの導電路と電気接触される、請求項1〜11いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記接続スリープ(103,501)は、各電気ケーブルを受けるための少なくとも1つの接続部(127、515、517)を含む、請求項1〜12いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記接続部(127、515、517)は、各ケーブルの少なくとも1つの導電路と電気接触する少なくとも1つの電気接触部(529a−529d)を含む、請求項13記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記固定要素(101、503)及び前記接続スリープ(103,501)が接合してハウジング、特に防水ハウジングを形成する、請求項1〜14いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記各固定ピン(105、401、519、521)がプラスチック、特に絶縁プラスチックから構成される、請求項1〜15いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 1つのLEDバンドの少なくとも1つのストライプ状導電路、又は、少なくとも1つのプリント回路板、特にフレキシブルプリント回路板、と接触する請求項1〜16いずれか1項記載の電気コネクタの使用。
- 基質があるフレキシブルプリント回路板であって、前記基質に、1つの電気コネクタの1つの固定ピンによりフレキシブルプリント回路板をインターロッキングする開口部が形成された、フレキシブルプリント回路板。
