Description
Claims (24)
- 122〜230nmの間の任意の光周波数で物品に向かい照射される紫外線光;及び
前記物品のまわりに散布され、紫外線照射光と交差する溶媒であって前記溶媒は、前記周波数の光と相互作用し、物品上の病原菌をせん滅する活性酸素種を生成する溶媒を備えた物品の衛生化システム。 - 前記紫外線光を保持し前記溶媒を含み、部分的に閉じられているチャンバーをさらに備える請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記溶媒は、空気、酸素、水、アルコール、水とアルコールの混合及び窒素からなる群の中から選ばれたものである請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記溶媒は、少なくとも二つの置換成分から成り、うち一つは窒素ガスであることを特徴とする請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記光の周波数は、180〜195nmの間である請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記溶媒は、少なくとも二つの置換成分からなり、うち一つは窒素ガスであって、光周波数は180〜195nmの間である請求項2記載のシステム。
- 他方の置換成分はアルコールであって、前記光周波数は180nmである請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記光周波数は、195〜230nmの間である請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記溶媒は少なくとも二つの置換成分から成り、うち一つは窒素がであって前記光周波数が195〜230nmの間である請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記溶媒は、真空UV光に露光する事前処理をされた水である請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記溶媒を前記一部が閉じられたチャンバー内に散布するノズルをさらに備える請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記ノズルは前記溶媒を微粒子化する圧電素子からなることを特徴とする請求項11記載のシステム。
- 前記溶媒は、十分な窒素であって、前記光周波数は約188である請求項2記載のシステム。
- 光周波数を122〜230nmの間の任意の紫外線光を物品に向かい照射するもの;及び、
物品及び前記紫外線光のまわりを溶媒で処理するものであって、前記溶媒及び前記紫外線光の混合が活性酸素種を生成し物品上の病原菌と接触し殺菌する物品の衛生化方法。 - 少なくとも一部に前記紫外線光と前記溶媒を封入するチャンバーであって、物品を出し入れできる開口を少なくとも一つ有する前記チャンバーを備える請求項14記載のシステム。
- さらに前記チャンバー内を通して物品を搬送する請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの前記紫外線光又は前記溶媒の濃度を選択された病原菌の効果的な殺菌に向けさらに最適化調整する請求項15記載の方法。
- 第二の溶媒を前記物品に対して処理し、第一及び第二の溶媒並びに前記紫外線光は活性酸素種をさらに生成する請求項17記載の方法。
- 紫外線光の周波数を180〜195nmの間にさらに調整する請求項15記載の方法。
- 撓み自在の薄板でカバーされている少なくとも一つの開口を有するチャンバーをさらに備える請求項15記載の方法。
- 周波数約188nmの紫外線光を物品に向けて照射し;及び
窒素溶媒を前記物品に十分に与える処理をさらに含む請求項15記載の方法。 - 前記請求項14の処理は、前記溶媒をノズルから散布し液滴を形成させ前記紫外線光に露光される処理からなる請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記請求項22の処理は、前記溶媒を圧電素子ノズルから散布し微粒子状の液滴を形成させ前記紫外線光に露光する処理からなる請求項22記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒を真空UV光に露出させる事前処理をさらに含む請求項14記載の方法。
