Abstract
Description

まず、3208.56重量部のアルミナ(2%シリカ−アルミナ)、39.65重量部の脱イオン水中に溶解させた114.64重量部の硝酸ニッケル(Ni(NO3)2)ならびに固体形態のリンが実質的に存在せず、MoO3およびNiOを含有する620.93重量部の粉砕された水素化処理触媒ならびに388.98部の三酸化モリブデンを、マラーミキサー内で、128.9重量部の69.9%濃硝酸、93.05部の85%リン酸(H3PO4)および30グラムの市販の押出助剤とともに合わせることにより、触媒Bを調製した。混合中、総量で3279.9重量部の水をこれらの成分に添加した。これらの成分をおよそ30分間混合した。混合物は、3.97のpHおよび57.08重量%のLOIを有していた。次いで、混合物を1.3mm trilobeダイを使用して押し出し、1.3trilobe押出粒子を形成した。次いで、押出粒子を100℃の温度で数時間空気中で乾燥した。
この実施例IIは、実施例Iで記載された触媒を試験する際に使用される方法の1つを記載する。この方法は、硫黄、窒素およびピッチの相当な含有量を有する原料を処理して、低減された硫黄含有量および窒素含有量を有する生成物を産することを可能にした。反応器温度をこれらの反応を実施する際に一定に保ち、液体生成物の硫黄含有量、窒素含有量および金属含有量をモニタリングした。
Claims (13)
- 触媒を作製する方法であって、無機酸化物材料、三酸化モリブデン、ニッケル化合物および五酸化リン(P2O5)固体を共混練し、それによって混合物を形成すること、
前記混合物を粒子に成形すること、および
前記粒子を焼成し、それによって焼成粒子を生成すること
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記混合物が、前記混合物の約40重量%から約95重量%の範囲の量の前記無機酸化物材料、酸化物として、前記混合物に対し約16重量%までの範囲の量の前記三酸化モリブデン、酸化物として、前記混合物に対し約4重量%までの範囲の量の前記ニッケル化合物および前記混合物の約0.2重量%から約8重量%の範囲の量の前記五酸化リン固体を含む、方法。
- 前記焼成粒子が、0.04から1の範囲のリン対モリブデンの原子比をもたらすような量で存在するリンを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記焼成粒子が、70Åから130Åの範囲の平均細孔直径を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼成粒子が、200m2/gを超える表面積を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 無機酸化物材料、三酸化モリブデン、ニッケル化合物および五酸化リン(P2O5)固体を共混練し、共混練混合物を粒子に成形し、前記粒子を焼成してそれによって焼成粒子を生成することによって作製された、前記共混練混合物を含んだ前記焼成粒子を含む、触媒組成物。
- 前記共混練混合物が、前記共混練混合物の約40重量%から約95重量%の範囲の量の前記無機酸化物材料、酸化物として、前記共混練混合物に対し約16重量%までの範囲の量の前記三酸化モリブデン、酸化物として、前記共混練混合物に対し約4重量%までの範囲の量の前記ニッケル化合物および前記共混練混合物の約0.2重量%から約8重量%の範囲の量の前記五酸化リン固体を含む、請求項6に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記焼成粒子が、70Åから130Åの範囲の平均細孔直径を有する、請求項6または請求項7に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記焼成粒子が、200m2/gを超える表面積を有する、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記焼成粒子が、0.04から1の範囲のリン対モリブデンの原子比をもたらすような量で存在するリンを含む、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記焼成粒子が、70Åから130Åの範囲の平均細孔直径を有する、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記焼成粒子が、200m2/gを超える表面積を有する、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。
- 請求項1から5に記載の方法により作製された組成物または請求項6から12に記載の組成物のいずれか1つを、水素化処理プロセス条件下で炭化水素原料と接触させ、水素化処理された炭化水素生成物を産することを含む、プロセス。
