Claims (10)
- 微粒子フィルタ(19)を含む排気ガス浄化ユニット(16)であって、前記微粒子フィルタにおいて、内燃機関(1)のコールドスタートおよび/または暖機運転と関連して、前記内燃機関(1)が前以て設定可能な内燃機関作動パラメータのための前以て設定可能な値で、コールドスタートエンジン作動方法で動作される排気ガス浄化ユニット(16)を有する前記内燃機関(1)を作動するための方法であって、
前記内燃機関(1)のコールドスタートおよび/または暖機運転が、前記微粒子フィルタ(19)の煤の堆積に左右されて制御および/または調整されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記微粒子フィルタ(19)が、制御および/または調整された煤の酸化によって前以て設定可能な作動温度に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 実質的に堆積されていない微粒子フィルタ(19)の場合、前以て設定可能な最大温度勾配で、前以て設定可能な作動温度へ、前記排気ガス浄化ユニット(16)の加熱が実施されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前以て設定可能な第1閾値を超える煤が堆積された微粒子フィルタ(19)の場合に、前記排気ガス浄化ユニット(16)が、該微粒子フィルタ(19)内の温度が蓄積された煤の燃焼温度未満に調節されるように加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記内燃機関(1)内での燃焼のラムダ値が、前以て設定可能な値未満に保たれるか、または調整されるような、前記内燃機関(1)の制御および/または調整が実施されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 排気ガス流量が最大化されるように、前記内燃機関(1)の制御および/または調整が実施されることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記内燃機関(1)のアイドリングストップシステムが作動解除されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前以て設定可能な第2の閾値未満の煤が堆積された、部分堆積されている微粒子フィルタ(19)の場合、前以て設定可能な最大温度勾配で、蓄積された煤の燃焼温度より高い、前以て設定可能な作動温度へ前記排気ガス浄化ユニット(16)の加熱が実施され、煤の燃焼が起きることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 暖機された内燃機関(1)において、煤が堆積された微粒子フィルタ(19)が、前以て設定可能な値を持った部分堆積された状態へ、煤の堆積が復元されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 微粒子フィルタ(19)を含む排気ガス浄化ユニット(16)であって、前記微粒子フィルタにおいて、内燃機関(1)のコールドスタートおよび/または暖機運転と関連して、前記内燃機関(1)が前以て設定可能な内燃機関作動パラメータのための前以て設定可能な値で、コールドスタートエンジン作動方法で動作される排気ガス浄化ユニット(16)を有する前記内燃機関(1)を作動するための装置であって、
前記内燃機関(1)のコールドスタートおよび/または暖機運転が、前記排気ガス浄化ユニット(16)の前記微粒子フィルタ(19)の煤の堆積に左右されて制御および/または調整されることを特徴とする装置。
