Abstract
【解決手段】作動水を供給する水圧システム100は、水圧シリンダ1〜4を作動させる作動水を吐出する水圧ポンプ11と、水圧ポンプ11と並列に設けられ作動水を吐出する水圧ポンプ12と、水圧ポンプ12から吐出された作動水を蓄圧可能なアキュムレータ30と、第二連通位置51cに切り換えられたときにアキュムレータ30に蓄圧された作動水を水圧シリンダ4に供給する切換弁51と、を備える。

Claims (7)
- 作動流体を供給する流体圧システムであって、
流体圧アクチュエータを作動させる作動流体を吐出する第一流体圧ポンプと、
前記第一流体圧ポンプと並列に設けられ作動流体を吐出する第二流体圧ポンプと、
前記第二流体圧ポンプから吐出された作動流体を蓄圧可能なアキュムレータと、
開状態に切り換えられたときに前記アキュムレータに蓄圧された作動流体を前記流体圧アクチュエータに供給する第一切換弁と、を備えることを特徴とする流体圧システム。 - 前記第一切換弁と並列に、前記第二流体圧ポンプと前記流体圧アクチュエータとを連通させる通路に設けられ、開状態に切り換えられたときに前記第二流体圧ポンプから吐出された作動流体を前記流体圧アクチュエータに供給する第二切換弁を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧システム。
- 前記アキュムレータに連通する通路を開閉する第三切換弁を更に備え、
前記第三切換弁は、前記第二切換弁が開状態に切り換えられると閉状態に切り換えられ、前記第二切換弁が閉状態に切り換えられると開状態に切り換えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体圧システム。 - 前記第二流体圧ポンプと前記流体圧アクチュエータとを連通させる通路を更に備え、
前記流体圧アクチュエータは、前記第一流体圧ポンプから吐出される作動流体又は前記第一流体圧ポンプと前記第二流体圧ポンプとから吐出される作動流体によって一方向に作動し、前記アキュムレータから供給される作動流体によって他方向に作動することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の流体圧システム。 - 前記第一流体圧ポンプと前記第二流体圧ポンプとは、単一の電動機によって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の流体圧システム。
- アキュムレータの蓄圧方法であって、
第一流体圧ポンプから吐出される作動流体を流体圧アクチュエータに供給しながら、前記第一流体圧ポンプと並列に設けられる第二流体圧ポンプから吐出される作動流体を前記流体圧アクチュエータに供給するために前記アキュムレータに供給して蓄圧することを特徴とするアキュムレータの蓄圧方法。 - 流体圧アクチュエータの作動方法であって、
第一流体圧ポンプから吐出される作動流体を前記流体圧アクチュエータに供給しながら、前記第一流体圧ポンプと並列に設けられる第二流体圧ポンプから吐出される作動流体をアキュムレータに蓄圧する工程と、
前記第一流体圧ポンプから吐出される作動流体を供給して前記流体圧アクチュエータを一方向に作動させる工程と、
前記アキュムレータに蓄圧された作動流体を供給して前記流体圧アクチュエータを他方向に作動させる工程と、を有することを特徴とする流体圧アクチュエータの作動方法。
