Description
Claims (6)
- クイックヒッチ機構を作動させるためのクイックヒッチシリンダの伸縮作動を制御する制御弁であって、
軸方向への移動に伴って前記クイックヒッチシリンダへの作動流体の給排を切り換えるスプールと、
前記スプールが摺動自在に挿入されるスプール穴を有するバルブハウジングと、
前記スプールの一端に対向して設けられ、前記スプールを付勢する付勢部材が収容されるばね室と、
前記スプールの他端に対向して設けられ、前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前記スプールを移動させるパイロット圧が導かれるパイロット室と、
前記クイックヒッチシリンダのロッド側室に連通する第1シリンダポートと、
前記クイックヒッチシリンダの反ロッド側室に連通する第2シリンダポートと、
メインポンプに連通して設けられ、前記パイロット室にパイロット圧が導かれ前記スプールが移動すると、前記第1シリンダポートに連通するメインポンプポートと、
サブポンプに連通して設けられ、前記パイロット室にパイロット圧が導かれない場合には、前記第2シリンダポートに連通するサブポンプポートと、を備え、
前記サブポンプポートは、前記バルブハウジングの外面のうち隣りのバルブハウジングが積層される積層面以外の面に開口して形成されることを特徴とする制御弁。 - 前記サブポンプポートは、前記バルブハウジングの外面のうち前記ばね室に連通する前記スプール穴の開口部が形成される面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記サブポンプポートは、前記バルブハウジングの外面のうち前記第1シリンダポート及び前記第2シリンダポートが形成される面、又は当該面に対向する面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記サブポンプポートと前記第2シリンダポートは、前記スプールの外周面に形成された環状溝を通じて連通することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の制御弁。
- タンクに連通するタンク通路と、
前記タンク通路の一端に形成され、前記スプール穴に開口する排出ポートと、
一端に前記第2シリンダポートが形成され、他端に前記スプール穴に開口する給排ポートが形成された給排通路と、をさらに備え、
前記パイロット室にパイロット圧が作用して前記スプールが移動することによって、前記第1シリンダポートと前記メインポンプポートが連通すると共に、前記給排ポートと前記排出ポートが連通し、
前記排出ポートは、前記メインポンプポートと前記給排ポートとの間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の制御弁。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の制御弁と、
前記メインポンプと、
前記サブポンプとしてのパイロットポンプと、
前記パイロットポンプから前記制御弁の前記パイロット室に導かれるパイロット圧を制御するパイロット圧制御弁と、
前記パイロット圧制御弁は、前記パイロットポンプと前記パイロット室の連通を遮断するノーマル位置と、前記パイロットポンプから前記パイロット室へパイロット圧を導く連通位置と、を有することを特徴とする流体圧制御装置。
