- 繊維で形成された基材と、

前記アブレータに含まれる前記バインダー樹脂の含有量は、前記アブレータが可とう性を有するように調節されている
アブレータ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のアブレータであって、
前記粒状樹脂が球状である
アブレータ。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のアブレータであって、
前記粒状樹脂と前記バインダー樹脂とが、フェノール樹脂、フラン樹脂又はフェノール樹脂及びフラン樹脂を混合した混合樹脂で形成された
アブレータ。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のアブレータであって、
前記基材が炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、シリカ繊維、玄武岩繊維、ポリパラフェニレンベンズオキサゾール繊維、アルミナ繊維又はチラノ繊維である
アブレータ。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のアブレータと、
前記アブレータが取り付けられた機体本体
とを備えた
再突入機。 - 未硬化の樹脂と、硬化された粒状樹脂とを含む材料溶液を、繊維で形成された基材に含浸させる工程と、
前記材料溶液を前記基材に含浸させる工程の後、前記未硬化の樹脂を硬化させる工程
とを具備する
アブレータの製造方法。 - 請求項7に記載のアブレータの製造方法であって、
前記粒状樹脂が球状である
アブレータの製造方法。 - 請求項7又は8に記載のアブレータの製造方法であって、
前記粒状樹脂と前記バインダー樹脂とが、フェノール樹脂、フラン樹脂又はフェノール樹脂及びフラン樹脂を混合した混合樹脂で形成された
アブレータの製造方法。 - アブレータを作製する工程と、
前記アブレータを機体本体に接合する工程
とを具備し、
前記アブレータを作製する工程は、
未硬化の樹脂と、硬化された粒状樹脂とを含む材料溶液を、繊維で形成された基材に含浸させる工程と、
前記材料溶液を前記基材に含浸させる工程の後、前記未硬化の樹脂を硬化させる工程
とを備えた
再突入機の製造方法。
