- アブレータを作製する工程と、
前記アブレータを機体本体に接合する工程と

前記アブレータを作製する工程は、
材料溶液を準備する工程と、
未硬化のバインダー樹脂と、硬化された粒状樹脂とを含む前記材料溶液に、繊維で形成された基材を含浸させる工程と、
前記材料溶液に前記基材を含浸させる工程の後、前記未硬化のバインダー樹脂を硬化させる工程と
を備え、
前記アブレータを前記機体本体に接合する工程では、前記アブレータが、前記機体本体の形状に合わせて曲げながら前記機体本体に接合され、
前記アブレータに含まれる前記バインダー樹脂の含有量は、前記アブレータを前記機体本体に接合する工程において前記アブレータを前記機体本体の形状に合わせて曲げることができる程度の可とう性を前記アブレータが有するように調節された
