Abstract

− 内径Dを有する同軸貫通穴Hを有し、ねじ山TH1を少なくとも部分的に備えた第1の内側部分1と、
− 歯が付けられ第1の部分に対して環状の第2の外側部分2とを有し、
第1の部分1は、第2の部分の軸方向延長部分EA2より大きい軸方向延長部分EA1を有する。
− 同軸穴を作成すること、
− ピニオンに軸方向の牽引又は圧縮を加えること、
− 前記ねじ山(TH1)を作成することだけである。

Claims (13)
- 内燃機関のタービン軸に取り付けられるピニオンを作成する方法であって、環状歯付き部分(2)及び前記環状部分(2)と同軸の軸方向部分(1)を有し、タービンの前記軸(SH)に前記ピニオン(P)をねじ式に留めるねじ山(TH1)を有する同軸穴(H)を備えたピニオンを、軸対称を有する単一片で作成する少なくとも1つの段階を含み、また前記ねじ山(TH1)を局所的ピッチ変化を有するように作成する手順を含む方法。
- 前記軸方向部分(1)を、少なくとも1つの端部(E,F)が前記環状歯付き部分(2)に対して軸方向に突出するように作成する段階を含み、前記手順が、
前記同軸穴(H)を作成する段階と、
前記突出する端部(E,F)の対応関係で、少なくとも1本の平行線に従って1つ又は複数のパーシャルカットを作成する段階と、
前記軸方向部分の軸方向の牽引又は圧縮を行う段階と、
前記ねじ山(TH1)を作成する段階とを連続的に含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記パーシャルカット(G1,G2,G3)が複数のとき、前記パーシャルカット(G1,G2,G3)が、同じ平行線上又は異なる平行線上に連続的に配列される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記パーシャルカットが異なる平行線上に配置されるとき、前記パーシャルカットが、角度的にずらされる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 残りのねじ切り部分の直径(D)より大きい直径(DE)を得る前記少なくとも1つの突出端部(E)の限定された所定の延長部分(EA3)のための同軸穴(H)の一部分を拡張する段階と、
少なくとも1つの更に他のパーシャルカット(C1,C2,C3)を、前記端部(E)自体の平行線に従って、そのような限定延長部(EA3)の対応関係で作成して、前記突出端部(E)自体に一体化された円盤ばねとする段階とを更に含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記更に他のパーシャルカット(C1,C2,C3)が複数のとき、前記更に他のパーシャルカット(C1,C2,C3)が、同じ平行線または異なる平行線上に連続的に配置される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記更に他のパーシャルカットが異なる平行線上に配置されるとき、前記更に他のパーシャルカットが、角度的にずらされる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ピニオンの前記ねじ山(TH1)と相補形のねじ山(TH2)と、前記円盤ばねが接触するように意図された固定式当接リングナット(B)とを有するタービン軸(SH)を作成する段階を含む、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載方法。
- 内燃機関のタービン軸(SH)に取り付けられたピニオン(P)であって、前記ピニオンが、軸対称(X)を有する単一片で作成され、環状歯付き部分(2)及び前記環状歯付き部分(2)と同軸の軸方向部分(1)を備え、また前記タービンの前記軸(SH)に前記ピニオンをねじ式に留めるねじ山(TH1)を有する同軸穴を備え、前記ねじ山(TH1)が、局所的ピッチ変化を有する、ピニオン(P)。
- 前記軸方向部分(1)が、前記環状部分(2)に対して軸方向に突出し、前記突出部分(E)には円盤ばねが組み込まれた、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピニオン(P)の前記ねじ山(TH1)と相補形のねじ山(TH2)と、前記円盤ばねが接触するように意図された固定式当接リングナット(B)とを有するタービン軸(SH)を含む、請求項9〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 軸(SH)及びそれぞれのピニオン(P)と、請求項9〜11のいずれかによるそれぞれの取付けシステムを備えた内燃機関用のタービン。
- 請求項12によるタービンを含む内燃機関。
