Abstract
Description
(1)圧入材の合量100質量%中に、熱可塑性プラスチック体を0.5質量%以上3質量%以下、珪酸塩を3質量%以上10質量%以下配合する。
(2)圧入材の合量100質量%中に、熱可塑性プラスチック体を2質量%以上7質量%以下、無機質の繊維を60質量%以上、増粘剤を1質量%以上10質量%以下配合する。
ここで、「圧入材の合量」とは、施工の以前に添加される水分を除いたものをいう。
表1に示す配合組成からなる各例の圧入材について、線変化率、圧縮強さ及び体積膨張率を測定するとともに、密封性を評価して総合評価を行った。
表2に示す配合組成からなる各例の圧入材について、分散性、粘着性及び可塑性を評価するとともに、実施例1と同様に体積膨張率及び密封性を測定・評価し、総合評価を行った。
Claims (5)
- 窯炉に適用される圧入材であって、80℃〜500℃の雰囲気温度環境下で加熱した時に、加熱前よりも1.3倍以上の体積膨張を伴う圧入材。
- 80℃〜500℃で膨張する物質を内包した熱膨張体が配合され、前記熱膨張体は液化ガスを内含した熱可塑性プラスチック体である請求項1に記載の圧入材。
- 圧入材の合量100質量%中に、前記液化ガスを内含した熱可塑性プラスチック体が0.5質量%以上3質量%以下となるように配合され、更に珪酸塩が3質量%以上10質量%以下となるように配合されている、請求項2に記載の圧入材。
- 圧入材の合量100質量%中に、前記液化ガスを内含した熱可塑性プラスチック体が2質量%以上7質量%以下となるように配合され、更に無機質の繊維が60質量%以上、増粘剤が1質量%以上10質量%以下となるように配合されている、請求項2に記載の圧入材。
- 窯炉において、30mm幅以下の隙間又は亀裂であって使用時の温度が80℃以上となる部分に圧入される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の圧入材。
