Abstract
【解決手段】3相交流電源1に接続し、制御回路10Aによって制御される交流/直流変換部2と直流/交流変換部4によりモータMを駆動し、入力電源回路に電磁接触器7Aが設けられたモータ駆動装置20の制御回路10Aに、電磁接触器7Aのオフ手段21と交流/直流変換部2にある3相ブリッジ回路の部分制御手段23とを設け、電磁接触器をオフした状態で、3相ブリッジ回路の所定の相の上側のアームをオンすると共に、他の相の下側のアームをオンし、この状態で電流が流れるか流れないかを電流判定手段22で判定し、電流判定手段が電流を検出した場合に電磁接触器が溶着したと判定する溶着判定手段23とを設けたモータ駆動装置である。

Claims (4)
- 3相交流電源から供給される交流電圧を直流電圧に変換する交流/直流変換部と、入力電源電圧の検出回路と入力電流の検出回路を具備するモータ駆動装置であり、前記交流/直流変換部は、スイッチング素子とダイオードからなる3相ブリッジ回路を備え、前記入力電源電圧の検出回路と入力電流の検出回路の間に入力電源ラインをオン/オフする電磁接触器が設置されたモータ駆動装置において、
前記交流/直流変換部の直流電圧が充電された状態で、前記電磁接触器をオフする電磁接触器のオフ手段と、
前記電磁接触器のオフ手段が前記電磁接触器をオフした状態で、前記3相ブリッジ回路の1つの相の上側のアームを、入力電圧の最も低い相に対してオンすると共に、前記3相ブリッジ回路の1つの相の下側のアームを入力電圧の最も高い相に対してオンする3相ブリッジ回路の部分制御手段と、
前記3相ブリッジ回路の部分制御手段によって、前記1つの相の上側のアームと前記1つの相の下側のアームとがオンされた状態で、電流が流れるか流れないかを判定する電流判定手段と、
前記3相ブリッジ回路の部分制御手段によって、前記1つの相の上側のアームと前記1つの相の下側のアームとがオンされた状態で、前記電流判定手段が電流を検出しない場合は正常と判定し、前記電流判定手段が電流を検出した場合は前記電磁接触器が溶着したと判定する溶着判定手段とを設けたことを特徴とするモータ駆動装置。 - 一定時間毎に、前記電磁接触器のオフ手段が前記電磁接触器をオフし、
前記電磁接触器のオフ毎に、前記3相ブリッジ回路の部分制御手段、前記電流判定手段及び前記溶着判定手段が動作することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記溶着判定手段に表示手段が接続されており、前記溶着判定手段の判定結果を、前記表示手段と通じて視認可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記溶着判定手段にアラーム手段が接続されており、前記溶着判定手段が溶着を判定した時に、前記溶着判定手段は前記アラームを鳴動させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
