Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明に係る地中浄化壁の形成工法は、圧送装置3に接続された配管2が所定方向に沿って配置された板状部材1を、所定方向を上下に向けて配管2とともに地中へ打設し、板状部材1を引き抜きながら、粉体状の浄化材及び砂を増粘剤が添加された水とともに混合して得られたスラリー状の資材Sを、当該板状部材1の引き抜きに伴って形成される地中空間に対して配管2を通じて注入することで、地中に透水性の浄化壁WPを形成することを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 圧送装置に接続された配管が所定方向に沿って接合された板状部材を、前記所定方向を上下に向けて前記配管とともに地中へ打設し、
前記板状部材を引き抜きながら、粉体状の浄化材及び砂を増粘剤が添加された水とともに混合して得られたスラリー状の資材を、当該板状部材の引き抜きに伴って形成される地中空間に対して前記配管を通じて注入することで、前記地中に透水性の浄化壁を形成することを特徴とする地中浄化壁の形成工法。 - 前記板状部材は、
鋼矢板と、
前記鋼矢板における下端部分の表面に前記配管を避けて接合され、肉厚を増やすことで当該板状部材の下端部分における強度を高める板状の補強部材と、
前記鋼矢板における幅方向の一端側に前記鋼矢板の厚さ方向に立設されると共に、前記鋼矢板の長手方向に沿って接合された流出防止リブを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の地中浄化壁の形成工法。 - 前記浄化材が鉄粉であり、前記増粘材が生分解性増粘材であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の地中浄化壁の形成工法。
- 前記生分解性増粘材として、キサンタンガムとグアガムの少なくとも一方を用いることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の地中浄化壁の形成工法。
- 前記生分解性増粘剤の前記水に対する添加濃度を0.6%以上に定め、
前記生分解性増粘剤が添加された前記水の、前記鉄粉及び前記砂への添加量を、前記鉄粉及び前記砂の材料分離が生じない範囲内に定めたことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の地中浄化壁の形成工法。
