Abstract
【解決手段】全閉位置と開放位置の間を移動可能なピンバルブ(7)を有する少なくとも1つの射出器(3、4)に接続される圧力流体樹脂材料の分配器(2)を備えた成形装置によって金型のキャビティ内に樹脂材料を射出成形する方法。その方法は、全閉位置から開放位置にピンバルブ(7)を移動させた後の充填工程と、開放位置にピンバルブ(7)を維持する圧力流体樹脂材料の封止工程と、全閉の前に少なくとも1つの部分閉鎖中間位置にピンバルブ(7)を移動させて維持する工程と、を備える。

Claims (11)
- 全閉位置と開放位置の間で移動可能なピンバルブ(7)を有する少なくとも1つの射出器(3、4)に接続された圧力流体樹脂材料の分配器(2)を備えた成形装置により金型キャビティ内に樹脂材料を射出成形する方法であって、
前記ピンバルブ(7)を全閉位置から開放位置に移動させた後、前記金型キャビティ内に樹脂材料を充填する充填工程と、
前記ピンバルブ(7)を、開放位置に維持した後、開放位置から全閉位置に移動させる間、前記金型キャビティ内に樹脂材料を加圧する封止工程と、
を備え、
前記ピンバルブ(7)は、少なくとも1つの部分閉鎖中間位置に移動して維持される追加工程を含むことを特徴とする射出成形方法。 - 前記追加工程は、前記封止工程中に実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記追加工程は、前記充填工程の終了までに実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記追加工程は、前記充填工程と前記封止工程の間に実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記追加工程は、前記充填工程の初期から経過した時間の関数として実行することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記追加工程は、前記充填工程の初期から射出される樹脂材料の体積の関数として実行することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記中間位置は単一であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。
- 幾つかの中間位置を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記ピンバルブ(7)の少なくとも1つの中間位置と全閉位置の間の距離は0.1から5mmであることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記成形装置は、金型キャビティの略中心領域と1以上の略周辺領域とにそれぞれ配置される多数の第1及び第2射出器(3、4)を備え、前記充填工程は、前記第1射出器(3)のピンバルブ(7)が全閉位置から第2射出器(4)のピンバルブ(7)の前の開放位置に移動するように、第1及び第2射出器(3、4)を順次制御することにより実行し、前記金型キャビティは前記略中心領域から前記略周辺領域に向かって漸次充填される射出成形方法であって、
前記追加工程は第1射出器(3)のピンバルブ(7)のために実行されることを特徴とする射出成形方法。 - 前記金型キャビティ内の圧力検出に基づいて制御することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。
