Claims (3)
- 全体として4つの回転要素を有する第1差動機構及び第2差動機構と、
前記4つの回転要素にそれぞれ連結されたエンジン、第1電動機、第2電動機、及び出力部材と、
係合されることで、前記第1差動機構又は前記第2差動機構における、前記エンジンからの入力回転に係る変速比を固定変速比とする係合要素と
を、備えたハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記エンジンの出力軸を非回転部材に固定すると共に、前記第1電動機及び前記第2電動機の少なくとも一方の駆動力により走行を行う走行モードでの走行中に、前記第1電動機又は前記第2電動機の回転速度が規定の閾値に達した場合には、前記係合要素を係合させて前記エンジンからの入力回転に係る変速比を固定変速比とした状態において、前記第1電動機及び前記第2電動機の少なくとも一方の駆動力により走行を行う走行モードを成立させる
ことを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置は、
第1回転要素、第2回転要素、及び第3回転要素を備えた前記第1差動機構と、
第1回転要素、第2回転要素、及び第3回転要素を備えた前記第2差動機構と
を、備え、
前記第1差動機構の第1回転要素に前記第1電動機が連結され、
前記第1差動機構の第2回転要素に前記エンジンが連結され、
前記第1差動機構の第3回転要素と前記第2差動機構の第3回転要素とが相互に連結され、
前記第2差動機構の第2回転要素に前記出力部材が連結され、
前記第2差動機構の第3回転要素に前記第2電動機が連結されたものである
請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、前記係合要素は、前記第1差動機構の第1回転要素と第2回転要素とを選択的に連結するクラッチ、又は、前記第1差動機構の第1回転要素と前記非回転部材とを選択的に連結するブレーキである
