Abstract
Description
本発明の実施の形態1に係る単相誘導電動機、密閉型圧縮機及び冷凍サイクル装置について説明する。図1は、本実施の形態に係る密閉型圧縮機10の概略構成を示す縦断面図である。本実施の形態では、密閉型圧縮機10として、ローリングピストン型回転式圧縮機を例示している。なお、図1を含む以下の図面では、各構成部材の寸法の関係や形状等が実際のものとは異なる場合がある。
Ta:円弧部22の周方向の長さ(周長)
Tb:接触領域22bの周方向の長さ(周長)
Tc:接触領域22bの円弧を周方向に延長した仮想線からの逃げ部22aの深さ
本発明は、上記実施の形態に限らず種々の変形が可能である。
例えば、上記実施の形態では、密閉型圧縮機10として回転式圧縮機を例に挙げたが、本発明は、スクロール圧縮機等の他の密閉型圧縮機にも適用可能である。
Claims (5)
- 円筒状のフレーム内に焼嵌め又は圧入により固定される固定子と、
前記固定子に設けられた主巻線及び補助巻線と、
前記固定子の内周側に設けられた回転子と、を備え、
前記固定子の外周には、円弧状の円弧部と直線状の切欠き部とが形成されており、
前記固定子の外周において、前記主巻線の磁極方向には前記円弧部が配置されており、
前記円弧部には、前記円弧部と前記フレームの内周面との接触面積を減少させる逃げ部が形成されていることを特徴とする単相誘導電動機。 - 前記主巻線は、前記補助巻線よりも内周側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 前記逃げ部は、前記円弧部の周方向両端部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の単相誘導電動機。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の単相誘導電動機を備えることを特徴とする密閉型圧縮機。
- 請求項4に記載の密閉型圧縮機が用いられていることを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
