Abstract
PURPOSE:To lessen temperature rise and to economize wires by a method wherein the required conductor cross section of a main coil is contrived to be divided into the plural number of conductors and the diameter of each wire is contrived to be the same or smaller value than that of an auxiliary coil and a main coil is disposed along the inside region of a stator. CONSTITUTION:Because the required conductor cross section of a main coil 3 is contrived to be divided into the plural number of wires, and the wire has the less diameter than that of an auxiliary coil 4, and the main coil is wound using the plural number of wires in parallel, and by this construction the stiffness of the main coil 3 is changed satisfactorily, and the main coil which is able to have shorter length can be disposed along the inside region of the stator 9. In this method generated heat can be lessened by reduction of the coil length and increase of the surface area based upon the constitution in which the coil has the plural number of wires in parallel, even if enough current is applied on the coil 3. By this method the temperature rise of a main coil can be lessened, and economization of wires is possible.
