・多価の脂肪族酸若しくは芳香族酸のエステル、例えばジアルキルアジペート、例えばジヘキシルアジペート、ジオクチルアジペート、ヘキシルシクロヘキシルアジペート、ヘプチルアジペートとノニルアジペートとの混合物、ジイソノニルアジペート、ヘプチルノニルアジペート、並びにアジピン酸と、脂環式若しくはエーテル結合を有するエステルアルコールとのエステル、ジアルキルセバケート、例えばジブチルセバケート、並びにセバシン酸と、脂環式若しくはエーテル結合を有するエステルアルコールとのエステル、フタル酸のエステル、例えばブチルベンジルフタレート、又はビス−2−ブトキシエチルフタレート
・多価の脂肪族若しくは芳香族アルコール、又は非分枝状若しくは分枝状の脂肪族若しくは芳香族置換基を1つ以上有するオリゴエーテルグリコールのエステル又はエーテル、例えばグリセリン、ジグリコール、トリグリコール、若しくはテトラグリコールと、直鎖状若しくは分枝鎖状の脂肪族若しくは脂環式カルボン酸とのエステル;後者の群の例として挙げられるのは、ジエチレングリコール−ビス−(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−(2−エチルブタノエート)、テトラエチレングリコール−ビス−n−ヘプタノエート、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−n−ヘプタノエート、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−n−ヘキサノエート、テトラエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、及び/又はジプロピレングリコールベンゾエートである
・脂肪族若しくは芳香族のエステルアルコールとのリン酸エステル、例えばトリス(2−エチルヘキシル)ホスフェート(TOF)、トリエチルホスフェート、ジフェニル−2−エチルヘキシルホスフェート、及び/又はトリクレシルホスフェート
・クエン酸、コハク酸、及び/又はフマル酸のエステル。
本発明の態様を以下に記す:
1. 2枚の板ガラスの間にある
・ポリビニルアセタールPAと、任意で少なくとも1種の可塑剤WAとを含有する、少なくとも1つのシートA、及び
・ポリビニルアセタールPBと、少なくとも1種の可塑剤WBとを含有する、少なくとも1つのシートB
から成る、断熱性合わせガラスであって、それぞれ積層の前に、
・前記シートAは、可塑剤WAの割合が16質量%未満であり、
・前記シートBは、可塑剤WBの割合が少なくとも16質量%であり、
・前記シートA中に、断熱性粒子が分散されている
ことを特徴とする、前記断熱性合わせガラス。
2. 前記シートAの前記断熱性粒子が、ITO、ATO、AZO、IZO、アンチモン酸亜鉛、スズをドープした酸化亜鉛、ケイ素をドープした酸化亜鉛、ガリウムをドープした酸化亜鉛、LiWO3、NaWO3、CsWO3、又は六ホウ化ランタンの群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を含有することを特徴とする、前記態様1に記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
3. 前記断熱性粒子の平均直径が、5〜500nmであることを特徴とする、前記態様1又は2に記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
4. 前記シートAは、ビニルアルコール基の割合が6〜26質量%であるポリビニルアセタールPAを含有し、前記シートBは、ビニルアルコール基の割合が14〜26質量%であるポリビニルアセタールPBを含有する、前記態様1から3までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
5. 前記シートBが、カルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩及び/又はアルカリ土類金属塩を0.001〜0.1質量%含有することを特徴とする、前記態様1から4までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
6. 前記シートAが、前記シートBよりも小さい面積を有することを特徴とする、前記態様1から5までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
7. 前記シートAが少なくとも1つの開口部を有し、これにより前記シートBが、当該開口部を通じて、前記シートAに隣接する板ガラスと直接接触していることを特徴とする、前記態様1から6までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
8. 前記シートBが、可塑剤含分が異なる少なくとも2つの部分シートB’及びB’’から成ることを特徴とする、前記態様1から7までのいずれか記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
9. 前記シートBが、くさび型の厚さ形状を有することを特徴とする、前記態様1から8までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
10. 前記シートBが、着色された部分領域を有することを特徴とする、前記態様1から9までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
11. 前記シートAが、着色された部分領域を有することを特徴とする、前記態様1から10までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
12. 前記シートAの厚さが、1〜150μmであることを特徴とする、前記態様1から11までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
13. 前記シートAが、塩化物イオン及び/又は硝酸イオン及び/又は硫酸イオンを、150ppm未満しか含有しないことを特徴とする、前記態様1から12までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
14. 前記シートAが、マグネシウムイオンを0ppm超、含有することを特徴とする、前記態様1から13までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラス。
15. 前記態様1から12までのいずれかに記載の断熱性合わせガラスの製造方法において、前記シートAを板ガラスに配置し、続いて少なくとも1つのシートBで覆い、当該シートBに第二の板ガラスを配する、前記製造方法。
Claims (15)
- 2枚の板ガラスの間にある
・ポリビニルアセタールPAと、任意で少なくとも1種の可塑剤WAとを含有する、少なくとも1つのシートA、及び
・ポリビニルアセタールPBと、少なくとも1種の可塑剤WBとを含有する、少なくとも1つのシートB
から成る、断熱性合わせガラス積層体であって、それぞれ積層の前に、
・前記シートAは、可塑剤WAの割合が16質量%未満であり、
・前記シートBは、可塑剤WBの割合が少なくとも16質量%であり、
・前記シートA中に、断熱性粒子が分散されている
ことを特徴とする、前記断熱性合わせガラス積層体。 - 前記シートAの前記断熱性粒子が、ITO、ATO、AZO、IZO、アンチモン酸亜鉛、スズをドープした酸化亜鉛、ケイ素をドープした酸化亜鉛、ガリウムをドープした酸化亜鉛、LiWO3、NaWO3、CsWO3、又は六ホウ化ランタンの群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記断熱性粒子の平均直径が、5〜500nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートAは、ビニルアルコール基の割合が6〜26質量%であるポリビニルアセタールPAを含有し、前記シートBは、ビニルアルコール基の割合が14〜26質量%であるポリビニルアセタールPBを含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートBが、カルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩及び/又はアルカリ土類金属塩を0.001〜0.1質量%含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートAが、前記シートBよりも小さい面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートAが少なくとも1つの開口部を有し、これにより前記シートBが、当該開口部を通じて、前記シートAに隣接する板ガラスと直接接触していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートBが、可塑剤含分が異なる少なくとも2つの部分シートB’及びB’’から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートBが、くさび型の厚さ形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートBが、着色された部分領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートAが、着色された部分領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートAの厚さが、1〜150μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートAが、塩化物イオン及び/又は硝酸イオン及び/又は硫酸イオンを、150ppm未満しか含有しないことを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 前記シートAが、マグネシウムイオンを0ppm超、含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の断熱性合わせガラス積層体の製造方法において、前記シートAを板ガラスに配置し、続いて少なくとも1つのシートBで覆い、当該シートBに第二の板ガラスを配する、前記製造方法。
