Abstract
【解決手段】面状照明装置10は、白色光を発光する光源11と、光源11が配置される端面である入光面22、および、入光面22から入射した光を出射面25から面状に出射させる出射部28を有する導光板21とを備えており、導光板21は、入光面22と出射部28との間に、傾斜面27aを含み入光面22側から前方に向かって厚さが漸減する入光楔部27を有し、入光楔部27と出射部28との境界63の近傍の、前記出射面側または前記出射面の反対面側の少なくともいずれか一方に、青色光反射手段65が配置されている。

Description
Δxyi=√((x0−xi)2+(y0−yi)2)
で算出されるxy色度図上の距離Δxyiのうちの最大値である。このように定義された入光色度差が大きいほど、入光色むらが大きいといえる。
本実施形態では、3つのLED11が、その発光面12を導光板21の後述する入光面22に向けた状態で、互いに所定の間隔を置きながら入光面22に沿って配置されている(図2参照)。
Claims (8)
- 白色光を発光する光源と、該光源が配置される端面である入光面、および、該入光面から入射した光を一方の主面である出射面から面状に出射させる出射部を有する導光板と、を備える面状照明装置において、
前記導光板は、前記入光面と前記出射部との間に、傾斜面を含み前記入光面側から前方に向かって厚さが漸減する入光楔部を有し、前記入光楔部と前記出射部との境界の近傍の、前記出射面側または前記出射面の反対面側の少なくともいずれか一方に、青色光反射手段が配置されていることを特徴とする面状照明装置。 - 前記青色光反射手段が、前記入光楔部と前記出射部との境界を跨ぐように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記青色光反射手段が、前記光源を実装する回路基板の前記導光板を向く面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記青色光反射手段が、前記傾斜面の傾斜方向に傾斜して配置されている部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記入光楔部の前記傾斜面側に、前記回路基板を配置する台座が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記光源は、発光素子と、該発光素子が発光する光を受けて発光する蛍光体と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記発光素子が、青色光を発光する青色発光ダイオードであり、前記蛍光体が、黄色光を発光する黄色蛍光体であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の面状照明装置。
- 前記蛍光体が、前記発光素子を覆う封止体に分散されていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の面状照明装置。
