Claims (10)
- ハウジングに収容されたランセットをばね部材で付勢して、該ランセットの先端部に設けた穿刺体を該ハウジングから突出させて穿刺作動させる穿刺器具において、
前記ランセットが前記穿刺体に固着されたハブと該ハブに外挿されるプロテクタとを備えており、該ハブには外周側に延びる弾性係止片が設けられて、該プロテクタの周壁に開口する第1の係止孔に該弾性係止片の端部が係止されることにより該ハブが穿刺方向後方の初期位置に保持されるようにすると共に、
前記ハウジングの内周面には解除突起が突設されており、該ランセットを該ハウジングの先端開口から挿入することにより該解除突起が該第1の係止孔に入り込んで該弾性係止片の該第1の係止孔への係止が解除されて該ハブが穿刺準備位置に保持された穿刺待機状態とされるようにしたことを特徴とする穿刺器具。 - 穿刺作動後に前記ハブが前記プロテクタに対して使用前と異なる再使用防止位置に保持されるようにした請求項1に記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記プロテクタの周壁には前記第1の係止孔に対して穿刺方向前方に離れた位置で開口する第2の係止孔が形成されており、穿刺作動後に前記弾性係止片の端部が該第2の係止孔に係止されて前記ハブが穿刺方向前方の再使用防止位置に保持されるようにした請求項2に記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記プロテクタにおける前記第1の係止孔と前記第2の係止孔の間には、穿刺方向前方に行くに従って次第に内周側への突出高さが大きくなる規制突起が設けられていると共に、穿刺方向後方に向かって次第に外側に傾斜して延びている請求項3に記載の穿刺器具。
- 複数の前記弾性係止片が前記ハブの周上で均等に設けられていると共に、複数の前記第1の係止孔が前記プロテクタの周上におけるそれら弾性係止片と対応する位置に設けられている請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記ハブが実質的な全長に亘って前記プロテクタに収容されている請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記弾性係止片の端部には前記プロテクタに向かって外側に突出する係合部が設けられており、該係合部が該プロテクタの前記第1の係止孔に係止されるようになっている請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記ハウジングが中空のハウジング本体に筒状のプロテクタホルダを収容した構造とされており、該プロテクタホルダの内周面に前記解除突起が突設されている請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記ハウジングの周壁には外周への撓み変形を許容された可撓片が設けられており、該可撓片に前記解除突起が突設されている請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記ハウジングには前記ハブと連結される出力部材が収容されていると共に、該ハウジングの外面に露出する操作部材が設けられており、前記ランセットを該ハウジングに収容することにより該出力部材と該操作部材が相互に係止されて該出力部材に連結された該ハブが前記穿刺準備位置に保持されるようにする一方、
該操作部材を操作して該出力部材への係止を解除することにより該出力部材に連結された前記穿刺体が前記ばね部材で突出変位されて穿刺作動されるようにした請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の穿刺器具。
