Claims (29)

- 前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第1の開口端は、遠位先端の近傍の位置において前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの遠位スプライン部分に固定され、前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第2の開口端は、前記アンカーの近傍の位置において前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの近位スプライン部分に固定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第1の開口端は、シールにより前記遠位先端の近傍の位置において前記遠位スプライン部分に密閉固定される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第1の開口端と前記第2の開口端との間の前記ポリマー部材の内側部は、前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの前記内側部に固定されない、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第1の開口端と前記第2の開口端との間の前記ポリマー部材の少なくとも1つの中間内側部は、前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの前記内側部の少なくとも1つの中間部に固定される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極は、銅、金、白金、白金黒、白金‐イリジウム、及びそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の可撓性スプラインの前記外面及び前記内面は、実質的に平坦な面であり、前記複数の可撓性スプラインの前記2つの側面は、凸状の曲面である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極は、実質的に平坦な上面を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。

ルーメン、近位端及び遠位端を有する細長い筒状部材と、
近位部、遠位部及び前記近位部と前記遠位部との間にある中間部を有し、かつ外面、内面及び2つの側面を有する複数の可撓性スプラインと、
前記スプラインの前記近位部を確実に付着し、かつ前記細長い筒状部材の前記遠位端において前記細長い筒状部材の前記ルーメン内に確実に付着されるアンカーと、
前記スプラインの前記遠位部を確実に付着する先端と、
第1の開口端と第2の開口端との間に開口ルーメンを規定する対向する前記第1の開口端及び前記第2の開口端、内部部材面及び外部部材面を含むポリマー部材であって、前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つは、前記ポリマー部材の前記ルーメン内に少なくとも部分的に配置される、ポリマー部材と、
前記ポリマー部材の前記外面の少なくとも一部に配置される一又はそれ以上の露出された電極を有する可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップと、を備え、
前記可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップは、
内面及び対向する外面を有するポリマー基板と、
前記ポリマー基板の前記外面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置される前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極と、
前記ポリマー基板の前記内面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置される又は前記ポリマー基板の前記外面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置され、かつ前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極と電気通信する一又はそれ以上の配線と、を含み、
前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第1の開口端は、遠位先端の近傍の位置において前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの遠位スプライン部分に固定され、前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第2の開口端は、前記アンカーの近傍の位置において前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの近位スプライン部分に固定され、
前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第1の開口端と前記第2の開口端との間の前記ポリマー部材の内側部は、前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの前記内側部に固定されない、システム。 - 前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第1の開口端と前記遠位スプライン部分とを密閉係合するシールをさらに備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップの1つの部位は、前記アンカーの少なくとも一部を通じて、前記細長い筒状部材の前記ルーメンへ延びる、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップをそれぞれが含む複数のポリマー部材をさらに備え、
前記複数の可撓性スプラインのそれぞれは、前記複数のポリマー部材の異なる1つに少なくとも部分的に配置される、請求項11に記載のシステム。 - 前記一又はそれ以上の配線は、前記ポリマー基板の前記内面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置され、前記一又はそれ以上の配線と前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極との間に電気通信を提供するバイアスをさらに備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記一又はそれ以上の配線は、前記ポリマー基板の前記外面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置され、前記ポリマー基板の前記外面及びポリマー被膜が実質的にない前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極を有する前記配線に亘る前記ポリマー被膜をさらに備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極は、銅、金、白金、白金黒、白金‐イリジウム、及びそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の可撓性スプラインの前記外面及び前記内面は、実質的に平坦な面であり、前記複数の可撓性スプラインの前記2つの側面は、凸状の曲面である、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極は、実質的に平坦な上面を有する、請求項11に記載のシステム。

ルーメン、近位端及び遠位端を有する細長い筒状部材と、
近位部、遠位部及び前記近位部と前記遠位部との間にある中間部を有し、かつ外面、内面及び2つの側面を有する複数の可撓性スプラインであって、内側及び外側スプライン面は、互いに平行な略平坦部を有する実質的に平坦な部位を備え、さらに、前記2つの側面スプライン面は、丸みを帯びた矩形形状を規定するように凸状に丸みを帯びている、複数の可撓性スプラインと、
前記スプラインの前記近位部を確実に付着し、かつ前記細長い筒状部材の前記遠位端において前記細長い筒状部材の前記ルーメン内に確実に付着されるアンカーと、
前記スプラインの前記遠位部を確実に付着する先端と、
第1の開口端と第2の開口端との間に開口ルーメンを規定する対向する前記第1の開口端及び前記第2の開口端をそれぞれが有する複数のポリマー部材であって、前記複数のポリマー部材は、外面、内面及び2つの側面を含み、前記ポリマー部材の断面プロファイルは、前記スプラインの丸みを帯びた形状の断面プロファイルと適合するために楕円形であり、かつ前記スプラインの丸みを帯びた形状の断面プロファイルよりもわずかに大きく、前記複数の可撓性スプラインのそれぞれは、前記複数のポリマー部材の異なる1つの前記ルーメン内に少なくとも部分的に配置される、複数のポリマー部材と、
前記ポリマー部材の前記外面の少なくとも一部に配置される一又はそれ以上の露出された電極を有する可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップと、を備え、
前記可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップは、
内面及び対向する外面を有するポリマー基板と、
前記ポリマー基板の前記外面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置される前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極と、
前記ポリマー基板の前記内面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置される又は前記ポリマー基板の前記外面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置され、かつ前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極と電気通信する一又はそれ以上の配線と、を含み、
前記可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップの1つの部位は、前記アンカーの少なくとも一部を通じて、前記細長い筒状部材の前記ルーメンへ延びる、システム。 - 前記一又はそれ以上の配線は、前記ポリマー基板の前記内面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置され、前記一又はそれ以上の配線と前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極との間に電気通信を提供するバイアスをさらに備える、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 前記一又はそれ以上の配線は、前記ポリマー基板の前記外面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置され、前記ポリマー基板の前記外面及びポリマー被膜が実質的にない前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極を有する前記配線に亘る前記ポリマー被膜をさらに備える、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第1の開口端は、遠位先端の近傍の位置において前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの遠位スプライン部分に密閉固定され、前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第2の開口端は、前記アンカーの近傍の位置において前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの近位スプライン部分に固定される、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第1の開口端と前記第2の開口端との間の前記ポリマー部材の内側部は、前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの前記内側部に固定されない、請求項24に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポリマー部材の対向する前記第1の開口端と前記第2の開口端との間の前記ポリマー部材の少なくとも1つの中間内側部は、前記複数の可撓性スプラインの少なくとも1つの前記内側部の少なくとも1つの中間部に固定される、請求項24に記載のシステム。
- 前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極は、銅、金、白金、白金黒、白金‐イリジウム、及びそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極は、実質的に平坦な上面を有する、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 心臓の心内膜表面から複数のローカル電圧を検出するためのシステムであって、
ルーメン、近位端及び遠位端を有する細長い筒状部材と、

前記スプラインの前記遠位部を確実に付着する先端と、
第1の開口端と第2の開口端との間に開口ルーメンを規定する対向する前記第1の開口端及び前記第2の開口端、内面及び外面をそれぞれが含む複数のポリマー部材であって、複数の可撓性の前記スプラインのそれぞれは、前記複数のポリマー部材の異なる1つの前記ルーメン内に少なくとも部分的に配置される、複数のポリマー部材と、
前記ポリマー部材の前記外面の少なくとも一部に配置される一又はそれ以上の露出された電極を有する可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップと、を備え、
前記可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップは、
内面及び対向する外面を有するポリマー基板と、
前記ポリマー基板の前記外面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置される前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極と、
前記ポリマー基板の前記内面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置される又は前記ポリマー基板の前記外面の少なくとも一部に亘って配置され、かつ前記一又はそれ以上の露出された電極と電気通信する一又はそれ以上の配線と、を含み、
前記可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップは、前記ポリマー基板の前記外面に圧縮され、
前記可撓性の電極アセンブリストリップは、前記ポリマー基板の前記外面に熱又は接着接合される、システム。
