複数の露出された電極を導くための複数の可撓性スプラインであって、前記複数の可撓性スプラインは、近位スプライン部、遠位スプライン部および近位スプライン部と遠位スプライン部との間の中間スプライン部を有し、前記スプラインは、外面、内面および2つの側面を備え、前記スプラインは、前記遠位スプライン部において前記2つの側面から外向きに側方に突出する整列部材をさらに備える、複数の可撓性スプラインと、
前記近位スプライン部を確実に付着するための近位アンカーであって、前記アンカーは、前記第1の細長い筒状部材の前記遠位端において前記細長い筒状部材の前記ルーメンの範囲内に固定可能に付着される、近位アンカーと、
トップパーツおよび反対の底部パーツを備える遠位先端であって、
前記トップパーツは、非侵襲性の上面および反対の底面を備え、
前記トップパーツの前記反対の底面は、そこから配置されて前記遠位先端の側部を定義する複数のスプライン整列ポストを備え、前記スプライン整列ポストの隣接するペアは、その間にスプラインチャネルを定義し、前記スプライン整列ポストの内部は、スプライン整列部を定義するために離れて間隔を置かれ、前記スプラインの前記整列部材は、前記トップパーツの前記スプライン整列部の範囲内に固定可能に配置され、
前記反対の底部パーツは、非侵襲性の底面および反対の上面を備え、
前記底部パーツの前記反対の上面は、前記トップパーツの前記スプライン整列部の範囲内に適合するように構成される隆起した中央部を備える、遠位先端と、
を備え、
前記スプラインは、前記中間スプライン部におけるスプライン幅に比べて、前記遠位先端に近くてかつ前記整列部材に近位の前記遠位スプライン部において減少スプライン幅を定義するために、前記2つの側面間に減少した側方広がりを有し、
前記スプライン整列ポストの隣接するペア間の間隔は、前記減少スプライン幅を上回り、そして、前記中間スプライン部における前記2つの側面間の側方広がりを下回り、
前記スプライン整列ポストの隣接するペア間の前記間隔は、前記スプラインの前記遠位スプライン部において側方に突出する前記整列部材の側方広がりを下回り、
前記バスケットアセンブリは、半径方向に拡張された非円筒形状を有し、
前記スプラインは、超弾性材料を含む、システム。 - ルーメン、近位端および遠位端を有する第2の細長い筒状部材をさらに備え、
前記バスケットアセンブリは、前記第2の細長い筒状部材のルーメン内に適合するように摺動して圧縮可能であり、
前記バスケットアセンブリは、前記第2の細長い筒状部材のルーメン内に圧縮される場合、円筒形状を有し、
前記バスケットアセンブリは、前記第2の細長い筒状部材のルーメン内に圧縮されず、前記第2の細長い筒状部材の遠位端を超えて配置される場合、前記半径方向に拡張された非円筒形状を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記遠位先端のスプラインチャネルの各々は、ただ1つの遠位スプライン部を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- スプラインチャネルの各々は、前記遠位先端の前記トップパーツの前記底面から前記遠位先端の前記底部パーツの前記上面まで延びる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記バスケットアセンブリが前記半径方向に拡張された非円筒形状である場合、前記スプラインは、前記遠位先端を超えて延び、前記スプラインを前記アンカーに対して後方に曲げるように前記遠位先端を超える外向きの屈曲を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スプラインは、縦軸に沿って前記近位アンカーと前記遠位先端との間の線分から測定して90°の角度で前記遠位先端に近づく、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スプラインは、スプライン端をさらに備え、前記スプライン端は、前記スプラインの前記近位スプライン部において終端する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端は、金属製の遠位先端である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端の前記トップパーツおよび前記遠位先端の前記反対の底部パーツは、前記遠位先端の範囲内に前記遠位スプライン部を固定するために共に溶接される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端の前記トップパーツの前記非侵襲性の上面は、半球形の形状である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位先端において先端ボイドおよび空きスペースを最小化するために前記遠位先端の範囲内に配置されるエラストマー材料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スプラインの前記超弾性材料は、ニチノールを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ニチノールは、形状記憶ニチノールを含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記スプラインの前記超弾性材料は、形状記憶材料を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 心臓の心内膜表面から複数のローカル電圧を検出するためのシステムを組み立てる方法であって、
ルーメン、近位端および遠位端を有する第1の細長い筒状部材を準備するステップと、
複数の露出された電極を導くための複数の可撓性スプラインであって、前記複数の可撓性スプラインは、近位スプライン部、遠位スプライン部および近位スプライン部と遠位スプライン部との間の中間スプライン部を有し、前記スプラインは、外面、内面および2つの側面を備え、前記スプラインは、前記遠位スプライン部において前記2つの側面から外向きに側方に突出する整列部材をさらに備える、複数の可撓性スプラインを準備するステップと、
前記スプラインの前記近位スプライン部を確実に付着するための近位アンカーであって、前記アンカーは、前記第1の細長い筒状部材の前記遠位端において前記細長い筒状部材の前記ルーメンの範囲内に固定可能に付着される、近位アンカーを準備するステップと、
トップパーツおよび反対の底部パーツを備える遠位先端であって、
前記トップパーツは、非侵襲性の上面および反対の底面を備え、
前記トップパーツの前記反対の底面は、そこから配置されて前記遠位先端の側部を定義する複数のスプライン整列ポストを備え、前記スプライン整列ポストの隣接するペアは、その間にスプラインチャネルを定義し、前記スプライン整列ポストの内部は、スプライン整列部を定義するために離れて間隔を置かれ、前記スプラインの前記整列部材は、前記トップパーツの前記スプライン整列部の範囲内に固定可能に配置され、

前記スプライン整列ポストの隣接するペア間の前記間隔は、前記スプラインの前記遠位スプライン部において側方に突出する前記整列部材の側方広がりを下回り、
さらに、
前記スプラインの前記整列部材が前記トップパーツの前記スプライン整列部の範囲内に配置されるように、そして、前記遠位スプライン部における前記減少スプライン幅が前記スプラインチャネルの範囲内に配置されるように、前記スプラインを前記トップパーツの範囲内に配置するステップと、
前記底部パーツの前記上面の前記隆起した中央部を前記トップパーツの前記スプライン整列部内に配置するために前記トップパーツおよび前記底部パーツを整列させるステップと、
前記トップパーツおよび底部パーツを互いに固定するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記遠位先端のスプラインチャネルの各々は、ただ1つの遠位スプライン部を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- スプラインチャネルの各々は、前記遠位先端の前記トップパーツの前記底面から前記遠位先端の前記底部パーツの前記上面まで延びる、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記遠位先端のトップパーツおよび前記遠位先端の前記底部パーツは、金属製の部材である、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記トップパーツおよび底部パーツを互いに固定する前記ステップは、前記トップパーツおよび底部パーツを互いに溶接するステップをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- バスケットアセンブリを形成するために、前記近位アンカーにおいて前記スプラインの前記近位スプライン部を固定可能に付着するステップと、
前記第1の細長い筒状部材の前記遠位端において前記細長い筒状部材の前記ルーメンの範囲内に前記アンカーを固定可能に付着するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
