Abstract
Description
第1の保護部材A(70)に含まれる樹脂基材は、ラミネートフィルム62が熱融着される温度・圧力条件下で溶融するため、ラミネートフィルムの熱融着性樹脂層62aと熱融着する。一方、無機酸化物は、ラミネートフィルム62が熱融着される温度・圧力条件下では変形しないためそのまま残る。そのため、熱融着性樹脂層62aの薄肉化等に起因するラミネートフィルム62の破損を防ぐことができ、リチウムイオン二次電池60の安全性を維持することが可能となる。
正極、負極、並びに当該正極及び負極間を隔離する絶縁体であるセパレータを、正極、セパレータ、負極、セパレータ、正極、の順で所望の容量が得られるように複数層重ねて発電要素とした。

Claims (5)
- 正極と、負極と、前記正極及び前記負極の間に介在するセパレータとを有する発電要素、および
前記発電要素を覆うラミネートフィルムの周縁部の少なくとも一部を熱融着にて封止することにより、発電要素を密封してなる外装材を有するラミネート型電池であって、
前記ラミネートフィルムは、熱融着性樹脂層、金属層、耐熱性樹脂層がこの順番で積層されてなり、
前記熱融着により封止された封止部において、前記ラミネートフィルムは前記熱融着性樹脂層が対向するように配置され、且つ、前記熱融着性樹脂層の間に第1の保護部材Aが配置され、
前記第1の保護部材Aは、樹脂基材および無機酸化物を含有する、ラミネート型電池。 - 前記ラミネート型電池を積層方向に平面視した際に、前記ラミネートフィルムと前記発電要素との間に、少なくとも前記発電要素の一方の面を覆うように、第2の保護部材Aが配置され;前記ラミネートフィルムと前記発電要素との間に、少なくとも前記発電要素の他方の面を覆うように、第2の保護部材Bが配置されてなり、
前記第2の保護部材Aおよび前記第2の保護部材Bは、それぞれ樹脂基材および無機酸化物を含有する、請求項1に記載のラミネート型電池。 - 前記封止部において、前記熱融着性樹脂の間に、前記第1の保護部材Aと、第1の保護部材Bとが、接着剤層を介して配置され、
前記第1の保護部材Aと前記第2の保護部材Aとが一体的に成形されてなり、且つ、前記第1の保護部材Bと前記第2の保護部材Bとが一体的に成形されてなる、請求項2に記載のラミネート型電池。 - 前記無機酸化物は、Al2O3又はSiO2の少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート型電池。
- 前記樹脂基材は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、アクリル樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート型電池。
