Description
物質遮断性の金属層と熱融着性の第1樹脂層を含むラミネートシートの電池セルケースに電極組立体が内蔵されており、
前記電極組立体の電極タブが電極端子としての電極リードに接続された状態で、前記電極リードが電池セルケースの外部に突出しており、
前記第1樹脂層の熱融着により電池セルケースの外周面が密封されており、
前記第1樹脂層と同じ素材のフィルム部材が電極タブと電極リードの接続部位を覆っている構造を含むことができる。

Claims (18)
- 物質遮断性の金属層と熱融着性の第1樹脂層を含むラミネートシートの電池セルケースに電極組立体が内蔵されており、
前記電極組立体の電極タブが電極端子としての電極リードに接続された状態で、前記電極リードが電池セルケースの外部に突出しており、
前記第1樹脂層の熱融着により電池セルケースの外周面が密封されており、
前記第1樹脂層と同じ素材のフィルム部材が電極タブと電極リードの接続部位を覆っていることを特徴とする、パウチ型電池セル。 - 前記ラミネートシートは、前記金属層と第1樹脂層以外に、外部被覆層としての第2樹脂層をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記第1樹脂層の素材はポリプロピレン系樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂は無延伸ポリプロピレン(CPP)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記フィルム部材は、電極タブと電極リードの接続部位のそれぞれに対して2つの接着フィルムからなっており、前記2つの接着フィルムは、接続部位を覆いながら互いに付着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記フィルム部材は、電極タブと電極リードの接続部位のそれぞれに対して1つの接着フィルムからなっており、前記1つの接着フィルムが接続部位を覆うように付着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記フィルム部材の幅は、少なくとも電極タブと電極リードの結合部位の幅以上の大きさに形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記フィルム部材の幅は、電極タブと電極リードの結合部位の幅に対して100%〜200%の大きさを有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記電極リードと電池セルケースのシーリング部との間には絶縁フィルムが介在しており、前記フィルム部材は、長手方向(高さ方向)の上端が絶縁フィルムの一部を覆うように付着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記電極リードと電池セルケースのシーリング部との間には絶縁フィルムが介在しており、前記フィルム部材は、長手方向(高さ方向)の上端が絶縁フィルムの全部を覆うように付着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記電極リードと電池セルケースのシーリング部との間には絶縁フィルムが介在しており、前記フィルム部材は、長手方向(高さ方向)の上端が絶縁フィルムの下端と接するように付着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記フィルム部材の厚さは40〜60μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記フィルム部材は、第1樹脂層と同じ素材の基材上に接着剤層が付加されている構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記接着剤層はアクリル系樹脂で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記基材の厚さは35〜45μmであり、前記接着剤層の厚さは5〜15μmであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記パウチ型電池セルはリチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 請求項1に記載の電池セルを1つ以上含むことを特徴とする、電池パック。
- 請求項17に記載の電池パックを含むことを特徴とする、デバイス。
