Abstract
【解決手段】チャーが搬送される鉛直下向き流路33を形成するスタンドパイプ31と、鉛直下向き流路33のうちの下流側領域45の圧力と鉛直下向き流路33のうちの上流側領域46の圧力との差圧を測定する差圧計41とを備えている。その差圧は、鉛直下向き流路33のうちの下流側領域45と上流側領域46との間にチャーが堆積したときに、変動する。このため、このようなチャー回収システムは、その測定された差圧に基づいて、鉛直下向き流路33がチャーにより閉塞しているかどうかを容易に判別することができる。

Claims (7)
- チャーが搬送される粉体流路を形成するチャー払出管と、
前記粉体流路のうちの下流側領域の圧力と前記粉体流路のうちの前記下流側領域より上流側の上流側領域の圧力との差圧を測定する差圧計とを備えるチャー回収システム。 - 前記粉体流路は、
鉛直下向き流路と、
前記鉛直下向き流路の下流側に繋がる傾斜流路とを含み、
前記鉛直下向き流路が沿う直線と水平面とのなす角は、前記傾斜流路が沿う直線と前記水平面とのなす角より大きく、
前記下流側領域は、前記鉛直下向き流路のうちの前記傾斜流路の側の端に配置され、
前記上流側領域は、前記鉛直下向き流路のうちの前記下流側領域より上側に配置される請求項1に記載されるチャー回収システム。 - 前記傾斜流路にパージガスを噴射するパージガス噴射装置と、
前記差圧が閾値より大きいときに前記パージガスが噴射されるように前記パージガス噴射装置を制御する制御装置とをさらに備える請求項2に記載されるチャー回収システム。 - 前記傾斜流路と風室とを隔離する多孔板と、
前記風室にアシストガスを供給するアシストガス供給装置とをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記差圧が前記閾値より大きくなる頻度に基づいて、前記風室に前記アシストガスが供給される供給量が変化するように、前記アシストガス供給装置を制御する請求項2〜請求項3のうちのいずれか一項に記載されるチャー回収システム。 - 石炭をガス化したときに生成される生成ガスを第1チャーと第1チャー除去済生成ガスとに分離するサイクロンと、
前記第1チャー除去済生成ガスを第2チャーと第2チャー除去済生成ガスとに分離するフィルタと、
前記第1チャーと前記第2チャーとを貯蔵するチャービンとをさらに備え、
前記チャー払出管は、前記粉体流路を介して前記フィルタから前記チャービンに前記第2チャーが搬送されるように、設けられる請求項1〜請求項4のうちのいずれか一項に記載されるチャー回収システム。 - 請求項5に記載されるチャー回収システムと、
前記石炭をガス化することにより前記生成ガスを生成する石炭ガス化炉本体とを備え、
前記チャービンに貯蔵されたチャーは、前記石炭ガス化炉本体に供給され、前記石炭とともにガス化される石炭ガス化炉。 - 粉体流路を介してチャーを搬送すること、
前記粉体流路のうちの下流側点の圧力に対する前記粉体流路のうちの前記下流側点より上流側に配置される上流側点の差圧を測定すること、
前記粉体流路に前記チャーが堆積しているかどうかを前記差圧に基づいて判別することとを備えるチャー搬送方法。
