Claims (19)
- 直管構成を有する管束型熱交換器(1)であって、
一緒に圧力容器(26)の内部空間(4)を定める、特に中空円筒型外側ケーシング(3)と、入口管板(2a)と、出口管板(2b)とを含む圧力容器(26)と、
前記入口管板(2a)及び前記出口管板(2b)の内部に開口するように配置され、前記圧力容器(26)の前記内部空間(4)を通って延びる、複数の直管(5)を含む直管束と、
冷却されることになる一次流体が前記入口管板(2a)に案内され、その後、前記直管(5)へ案内される入口(ES1)と、前記直管(5)から到来する前記冷却された一次流体が前記出口管板(2b)を通って排出される出口(AS1)と、
二次流体が冷却目的で前記内部空間(4)へ供給される入口(ES2)と、前記二次流体が前記内部空間(4)から排出される出口(AS2、ST)と、
を備え、
前記管束型熱交換器の前記直管(5)は、フェライト系ステンレス鋼で作製され、断熱デバイスが、前記入口管板(2a)のレベルで、前記複数の直管のうち少なくとも1つの内側に配置されることを特徴とする、管束型熱交換器。 - 前記直管は、以下のフェライト系ステンレス高級鋼:1.4509(DIN EN10088−1:2005)、1.4510(DIN EN10088−1:2005)、1.4511(DIN EN10088−1:2005)、1.4512(DIN EN10088−1:2005)、1.4513(DIN EN10088−1:2005)、1.4520(DIN EN10088−1:2005)、1.4521(DIN EN10088−1:2005)、1.4607(prEN10088−2011)、TP409(ASME)、TP439(ASME)、又はTP444(ASME)のうちの1つから作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記外側ケーシング(3)は、非合金鋼、具体的には、P355NH(DIN EN10028−3)、15NiCuMoNb5−6−4(DIN EN10028−2)、20MnMoNi4−5(DIN EN10028−2)、13CrMo4−5(DIN EN10028−2)、10CrMo9−10(DIN EN10028−2)、SA−516−Gr.71(ASME)、SA−302−Gr.B(ASME)、又はSA−533−Gr.B(ASME)で作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記断熱デバイスは、フェルール(8)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記フェルール(8)は、前記フェルール(8)の軸方向において少なくとも1つの外縁部(23)に向かってテーパ付けされ、流れの方向に見て、拡大する内径を有するようにデザインされることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記フェルール(8)は、少なくとも1つの外縁部(24)に向かって、半径方向に突出し、前記少なくとも1つの直管(5)の前記内径より大きいストップ部材直径を有するストップカラー(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記フェルール(8)は、前記外縁部(23、24)の間の領域内に前記軸方向に延びる環状凹部を備え、前記環状凹部は、前記フェルール(8)のジャケット外側表面と前記少なくとも1つの直管(5)の前記内壁表面との間に受け空洞(17)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 断熱体(13)が、前記フェルール(8)と前記少なくとも1つの直管(5)の内側壁面との間、特に前記受け空洞(17)の領域に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記断熱体(13)は、前記フェルール(8)により積極的及び/又は非積極的方法で前記少なくとも1つの直管(5)の内側に固定された断熱本体であり、前記断熱本体は、特に断熱紙からなることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記断熱本体は、前記少なくとも1つの直管(5)の前記内側壁面を、特に少なくとも前記入口管板(2)のレベルに対応する区画において、少なくとも部分的に覆うことを特徴とする、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 熱シールド(19)が、前記一次流体の流れの方向に見て、前記入口管板(2a)の上流に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記熱シールド(19)は、前記直管(5)に対応する通路開口部(6)を備え、前記断熱デバイスは、前記入口管板(2a)を離れる方向を向く側から前記入口管板(2a)のレベルまで延びるようにデザインされることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記熱シールド(19)は、セラミック繊維パネル(29)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記セラミック繊維板(29)を前記入口管板(2a)の前部に固定するようデザインされ、具体的には複数の保持ブラケット及び/又は保持板を含む、保持デバイスを備えることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 前記保持ブラケット及び/又は保持板は、前記外側ケーシングの内側表面に沿って同軸に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- ガスタービン発電所又はガス及び蒸気タービン発電所におけるガスタービンの冷却空気の冷却のための、具体的には冷却されることになる、少なくとも450℃、特定的には少なくとも470℃、より特定的には最大550℃までの入口温度を有する冷却空気の冷却のためにデザインされたことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)。
- 具体的にはガスタービン発電所又はガス及び蒸気タービン発電所における、請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)を備えるガスタービン冷却空気用の冷却器、又は請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の管束型熱交換器(1)を備えるプロセスガス冷却器。
- 請求項17に記載のガスタービン冷却空気用の冷却器を備える、ガスタービン発電所又はガス及び蒸気タービン発電所。
- 請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の管束型熱交換器を備える請求項18に記載のガスタービン発電所又はガス及び蒸気タービン発電所において、請求項17に記載のガスタービン冷却空気用の冷却器を用いて冷却空気を冷却するための方法。
