Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of noises and vibrations arising from the captioned heat exchanging apparatus by a method wherein the temperature zone in which a heat exchange operation is performed is divided into a low temperature zone and a high temperature zone and separate vertical type multiple heat exchangers having their pipes and trunk sections connected are assigned to the above two temperature zones, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for performing a heat exchange operation accompanied with the vaporization of a liquid heated by the operation is constructed by the two vertical type multipipe heat exchangers 1A and 1B which are connected in series with each other. The heat exchanger 1A allows an effluence R from a contact type reforming reactor 7 after heated in a heating furnace 6, to pass through its pipes 3 and a vaporized row oil to pass through its trunk part 2. On the other hand, the heat exchanger 1B in the low temperature zone allows the effluence R passed through the pipes 3 of the heat exchanger 1A to pass through its trunk part 2 and the raw oil (to be vaporized) to pass through its pipes 3.
