Claims (4)
- 強化層を備えた複合容器を製造する複合容器の製造システムであって、
熱硬化性樹脂が含浸された繊維束がライナの外面側に巻き付けられて形成された容器中間体を加熱し、前記繊維束の前記熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる硬化手段を備え、
前記硬化手段は、
前記容器中間体を外側から加熱する第1加熱手段と、
前記容器中間体を内側から加熱する第2加熱手段と、
を備え、
前記第2加熱手段は、少なくとも過昇温現象が起きている時に、前記第1加熱手段より高い設定温度で前記容器中間体の内側を加熱する、複合容器の製造システム。 - 過昇温現象が起きる前において、前記第2加熱手段は、過昇温現象が起きている時よりも低い設定温度で加熱し、又は前記第2加熱手段による加熱を行わない、請求項1に記載の複合容器の製造システム。
- 前記第1加熱手段の加熱により前記熱硬化性樹脂の温度が上昇する温度上昇部において、前記第2加熱手段により前記容器中間体を加熱する、請求項1又は2に記載の複合容器の製造システム。
- 強化層を備えた複合容器を製造する複合容器の製造方法であって、
熱硬化性樹脂が含浸された繊維束がライナの外面側に巻き付けられて形成された容器中間体を加熱することにより、前記繊維束の熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる硬化工程を含み、
前記硬化工程は、
少なくとも過昇温現象が起きている時に、前記容器中間体を外側から加熱する温度より高い設定温度で前記容器中間体を内側から加熱する内部加熱工程を含む、複合容器の製造方法。
