Claims (4)
- 強化層を備えた複合容器を製造する製造方法であって、
樹脂が含浸された繊維束を金属製ライナの外周側に巻き付けた容器中間体を加熱して前記樹脂を硬化させる加熱工程を備え、
前記加熱工程では、前記容器中間体の表面温度を前記金属製ライナの許容温度以上に上昇させることにより、前記金属製ライナの温度が前記許容温度以上に上昇する前に、前記樹脂の少なくとも一部を硬化させる、複合容器の製造方法。 - 前記加熱工程により前記金属製ライナの温度が上昇するのを抑制する抑制工程を更に備える、請求項1に記載の複合容器の製造方法。
- 前記抑制工程は、前記加熱工程において前記容器中間体で過昇温現象が発生するときに実行される、請求項2に記載の複合容器の製造方法。
- 強化層を備えた複合容器を製造する製造システムであって、
樹脂が含浸された繊維束を金属製ライナの外周側に巻き付けた容器中間体を加熱して前記樹脂を硬化させる加熱手段を備え、
前記加熱手段は、前記容器中間体の表面温度を前記金属製ライナの許容温度以上に上昇させることにより、前記金属製ライナの温度が前記許容温度以上に上昇する前に、前記樹脂の少なくとも一部を硬化させる、複合容器の製造システム。
