Abstract
Description
図1に基づき、ハイブリッド車両1000(以下、単に車両1000と略す)に搭載される第一実施形態のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置100(以下、適宜、駆動装置100と略す)について説明する。駆動装置100は、モータジェネレータ1、エンジン2、クラッチ3、自動変速機4、遊星歯車機構FPを有している。
自動変速機4は、入力軸41、出力軸42、遊星歯車機構P1〜P3、クラッチCl1、Cl2、ブレーキB1〜B3、入力軸回転速度センサ41−1、出力軸回転速度センサ42−1、パーキングブレーキPBを有している。制御部10による制御信号に基づいて、各クラッチCl1、Cl2、各ブレーキB1〜B3からなる係合要素の作動状態が制御される。そして、本実施形態においては、上記の係合要素のうち2個の係合要素が作動させることによって、自動変速機4において、前進6速段及び後進1速段のいずれかの変速段が形成される。
以上のように構成された自動変速機4は、各クラッチCl1、Cl2を選択的に係脱し、各ブレーキB1〜B3を選択的に作動して各遊星歯車機構P1〜P3の各回転要素の回転を規制することにより、前進6段、後進1段の変速段を成立することができる。図2において、各変速段に対応する各クラッチ、ブレーキの欄に、白丸が付されている場合には、各係合要素が作動状態(ON状態)であり、クラッチCl1、Cl2であれば接続状態(係合状態)、ブレーキB1〜B3であれば回転規制状態(係合状態)にあることを示す。

図4に示すように、「変速マップ」は、アクセル開度Acと出力軸回転速度Noとの関係を表した「変速線」を複数有している。増速方向に向かって(出力軸回転速度Noが低い方から高い方に向かって)順に、2速アップ変速線、3速アップ変速線(図4の実線で示す)が設定されている。また、減速方向に向かって(出力軸回転速度Noが高い方から低い方に向かって)順に、2速ダウン変速線、1速ダウン変速線(図4の破線で示す)が設定されている。これ以上の変速段についても、同様に、「変速線」が設定されている。
次に、「電動走行モード」及び「スプリット走行モード」を説明する。車両は、「電動走行モード」又は「スプリット走行モード」で走行し、両走行モードは走行中に切替可能となっている。「電動走行モード」は、モータジェネレータ1のトルク(以下、モータトルクTmと略す)のみにより走行するモードである。「スプリット走行モード」は、モータトルクTmとエンジン2のトルク(以下、エンジントルクTeと略す)により走行するモードである。
次に、図5、図6、図8に示すフローチャート及び図12に示すハイブリッド車両1000の走行状態の遷移図を用いて、「走行制御処理」について説明する。イグニッションがONとされると、「走行制御処理」が開始し、プログラムはS11に進む。S11において、「エンジン始動処理」が開始する。「エンジン始動処理」が開始すると、プログラムは、図6のS111に進む。
S131において、制御部10は、パーキングブレーキPBを解除して、出力軸42をハウジング45に対して回転可能な状態にして(図9の1)、プログラムをS132に進める。
S151において、制御部10は、「認識変速段」がアップシフトであると判断した場合には(S151:YES)、プログラムをS152に進め、「認識変速段」がダウンシフトであると判断した場合には(S151:NO)、プログラムをS155に進める。
以下に、図13を用いて、第二実施形態のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置200(以下、適宜、駆動装置200と略す)について、第一実施形態の駆動装置100と異なる点について説明する。第二実施形態のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置200の自動変速機4−2は、入力軸41、出力軸42、遊星歯車機構P1〜P3、クラッチCl1、Cl2、ブレーキB1、B2、入力軸回転速度センサ41−1、出力軸回転速度センサ42−1、パーキングブレーキPBを有している。
以上のように構成された自動変速機4−2は、各クラッチCl1、Cl2を選択的に係脱し、各ブレーキB1、B2を選択的に作動して各遊星歯車機構P1〜P3の各回転要素の回転を規制することにより、前進5段、後進1段の変速段を成立することができる。図14において、各変速段に対応する各クラッチ、ブレーキの欄に、白丸が付されている場合には、各係合要素が作動状態(ON状態)であり、クラッチCl1、Cl2であれば接続状態(係合状態)、ブレーキB1、B2であれば回転規制状態(係合状態)にあることを示す。自動変速機4−2の構造及び動作については、特開2000−337458号公報に開示されているので、説明を割愛する。
以下に、図15を用いて、第三実施形態のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置300(以下、適宜、駆動装置300と略す)について、第一実施形態の駆動装置100と異なる点について説明する。第三実施形態のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置300の自動変速機4−3は、入力軸41、出力軸42、遊星歯車機構P1〜P3、クラッチCl1、Cl2、ブレーキB1〜B3、入力軸回転速度センサ41−1、出力軸回転速度センサ42−1、パーキングブレーキPBを有している。
以上のように構成された自動変速機4−3は、各クラッチCl1、Cl2を選択的に係脱し、各ブレーキB1〜B3を選択的に作動して各遊星歯車機構P1〜P3の各回転要素の回転を規制することにより、前進6段、後進1段の変速段を成立することができる。図16において、各変速段に対応する各クラッチ、ブレーキの欄に、白丸が付されている場合には、各係合要素が作動状態(ON状態)であり、クラッチCl1、Cl2であれば接続状態(係合状態)、ブレーキB1〜B3であれば回転規制状態(係合状態)にあることを示す。
以上の説明から明らかなように、自動変速機4とエンジン2及びモータジェネレータ1の間に設けられた遊星歯車機構FPの各要素に、エンジン2の駆動軸21、モータジェネレータ1の回転軸14、入力軸41、及び出力軸42が接続している。これにより、モータジェネレータ1の駆動力が遊星歯車機構FPを介して自動変速機4に入力される。このため、自動変速機4の変速段によってモータジェネレータ1が固定されてしまうことが無く、全ての変速段においてモータジェネレータ1による駆動力のアシストを行うことができ、モータジェネレータ1において発電を行うことができる。また、モータジェネレータ1が出力する駆動力が自動変速機4によって適正なトルクにされる。
自動変速機4、4−2、4−3の構成は、上記説明した構成に限定されないことは言うまでもない。以上説明した自動変速機4、4−2、4−3は、摩擦係合要素を有する自動変速機である。しかし、ドグクラッチやシンクロナイザ機構を有するオートメイテッドマニュアルトランスミッション(AMT)や、デュアルクラッチ式の自動変速機(DCT)、或いは、無段変速機(CVT)を用いたハイブリッド車両用駆動装置にも、本発明の技術的思想が適用可能なことは言うまでもない。

Claims (5)
- 駆動輪に駆動軸を介して駆動力を付与するエンジンと、
前記駆動輪に回転軸を介して駆動力を付与するモータと、
速度線図においてギヤ比に対応した間隔をおいて順次並べられた第一要素、第二要素、第三要素を有する遊星歯車機構と、
入力軸と、前記駆動輪に回転連結された出力軸を有し、前記入力軸の回転速度を前記出力軸の回転速度によって除した変速比を変化させる自動変速機と、を備え、
前記入力軸及び前記駆動軸は前記第二要素に連結され、前記出力軸及び前記回転軸の一方は前記第一要素に連結され、前記出力軸及び前記回転軸の他方は前記第三要素に連結されているハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記出力軸を回転不能又は回転可能とする固定部と、
前記固定部によって前記出力軸が回転不能とされている時に、前記モータを駆動させることにより、前記エンジンを始動させるエンジン始動部と、を備える請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記自動変速機は、前記変速比がそれぞれ異なる複数の変速段を有し、
前記入力軸の回転速度を検出する入力軸回転速度センサと、
前記出力軸の回転速度を検出する出力軸回転速度センサと、
前記自動変速機において変速が実行される時に、前記入力軸回転速度センサによって検出された前記入力軸の回転速度、及び前記出力軸回転速度センサによって検出された前記出力軸の回転速度に基づいて、前記モータを制御することにより、前記自動変速機を構成する各回転要素の回転速度を次変速段の回転速度に変更する変速時回転同期部と、を備える請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記駆動軸と前記第二要素の連結状態を断接するクラッチを有する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
- 前記遊星歯車機構はシングルピニオン式であり、
前記第一要素はサンギヤであり、
前記第二要素はキャリアであり、
前記第三要素はリングギヤである請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
