Abstract
【解決手段】冷却液を導入する流入口と、前記冷却液を排出する排出口が形成されたタンク部材と、前記タンク部材に形成されたイオン交換室に封入した複数の粒子状のイオン交換樹脂と、を備えるイオン交換器において、前記イオン交換室は、前記タンク部材の軸方向に沿って延びるとともに、軸方向直交断面が円形状に形成され、前記流入口は、前記イオン交換室の接線方向に延びて形成される。

図5は、本実施形態に係るイオン交換器1の実施例と、従来のイオン交換樹脂を加圧して充填した比較例について、イオン交換効率と破過率を比較したグラフである。
Claims (6)
- 冷却液を導入する流入口と、前記冷却液を排出する排出口が形成されたタンク部材と、
前記タンク部材に形成されたイオン交換室に封入した複数の粒子状のイオン交換樹脂と、を備えるイオン交換器において、
前記イオン交換室は、前記タンク部材の軸方向に沿って延びるとともに、軸方向直交断面が円形状に形成され、
前記流入口は、前記イオン交換室の接線方向に延びて形成されることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項1に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記排出口は、前記タンク部材の軸方向の一端面に形成され、
前記タンク部材は、前記排出口から前記イオン交換室の底面に向かって延びる円筒部材を備えることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項2に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記円筒部材は、周壁に前記イオン交換樹脂よりも小径の複数の孔が形成されていることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記円筒部材は、前記底面と所定の間隙を有して対向配置されることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記流入口は、前記イオン交換室の上端側に配設されることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記イオン交換樹脂の充填率は、前記イオン交換室の容積の80%以下であることを特徴とするイオン交換器。
