Abstract
【解決手段】コンクリート壁の内壁面側に断熱材を介して設けられるメンブレンをコンクリート壁に対して固定するメンブレンアンカー機構を備える低温タンクであって、メンブレンアンカー機構がメンブレンを低温タンク内側から押圧する押圧部品を備え、メンブレンアンカー機構の押圧部品とメンブレンとの間に介装され、押圧部品と面接触する第1当接面と、メンブレンと面接触する第2当接面とを有する介装部品を備える。

Claims (4)
- コンクリート壁の内壁面側に断熱材を介して設けられるメンブレンを前記コンクリート壁に対して固定するメンブレンアンカー機構を備える低温タンクであって、
前記メンブレンアンカー機構が前記メンブレンを低温タンク内側から押圧する押圧部品を備え、
前記メンブレンアンカー機構の押圧部品と前記メンブレンとの間に介装され、前記押圧部品と面接触する第1当接面と、前記メンブレンと面接触する第2当接面とを有する介装部品を備える
ことを特徴とする低温タンク。 - 前記メンブレンが、2つの面が集まることによって形成されるタンクのコーナ部に配置される湾曲されたメンブレンパネルであるコーナメンブレンパネルを有し、
前記コーナメンブレンパネルにおいて前記メンブレンアンカー機構の押圧部品と前記メンブレンとの間に前記介装部品が設置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の低温タンク。 - 前記メンブレンアンカー機構が、前記断熱材及び前記メンブレンを貫通する貫通孔に挿入されると共に当該貫通孔を通じて露出された先端に前記押圧部品が固定されるアンカーを有し、
前記介装部品は、前記アンカーと前記押圧部品との接続箇所を囲うように配置される環状に形状設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の低温タンク。 - 前記メンブレンアンカー機構の前記アンカーの位置が調整可能とされ、
前記介装部品の外形形状及び中央の開口は、前記アンカーの位置が調整可能な方向に長い楕円形状とされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか一項に記載の低温タンク。
