Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態による配線用遮断器の検出機構部の間隔調整方法は、クロスバー30とバイメタル10との基準間隔を設定する段階と、検出機構部の全抵抗及び開閉機構部のトリップストロークを測定して補償間隔を設定する段階と、ギャップ調整ブロック60を基準間隔と補償間隔との和に相当する間隔だけクロスバー30から離隔させて配置する段階と、バイメタル10に組み付けられた調整ネジ20を回転させてギャップ調整ブロック60に接触させる段階と、調整ネジ20をバイメタル10に接着する段階とを含む。

Claims (5)
- クロスバーとバイメタルとの基準間隔を設定する段階と、
検出機構部の全抵抗及び開閉機構部のトリップストロークを測定して補償間隔を設定する段階と、
ギャップ調整ブロックを、前記基準間隔と前記補償間隔との和に相当する間隔だけ前記クロスバーから離隔させて配置する段階と、
前記バイメタルに組み付けられた調整ネジを回転させて前記ギャップ調整ブロックに接触させる段階と、
前記調整ネジを前記バイメタルに接着する段階と、
を含む、配線用遮断器の検出機構部の間隔調整方法。 - 前記ギャップ調整ブロックの接触面は平坦に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器の検出機構部の間隔調整方法。
- 前記ギャップ調整ブロックの接触面と前記調整ネジの回転軸とが垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の配線用遮断器の検出機構部の間隔調整方法。
- 前記調整ネジの先端部はラウンド状又は板状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の配線用遮断器の検出機構部の間隔調整方法。
- 前記調整ネジの後端部は、一字溝、十字溝、一字突起、十字突起のいずれかの形状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の配線用遮断器の検出機構部の間隔調整方法。
