Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の無電解めっき用前処理剤は、フッ素化合物と;界面活性剤と;C4H9−(OC2H4)n−OH(n=1〜4の整数)で表されるエチレン系グリコールブチルエーテル、および/またはC4H9−(OC3H6)n−OH(n=1〜4の整数)で表されるプロピレン系グリコールブチルエーテルを含有する。

本実施例では、表1に記載の成分を含み、pH調整剤として硫酸(5g/L)と、水を加え、pHを3.0に調整した種々の前処理液を用いた。表1中、フッ素化合物は酸性フッ化アンモニウム(キシダ化学株式会社製の酸性フッ化アンモニウム)、ノニオン系界面活性剤は日油株式会社製のナイミーンS220、カチオン系界面活性剤はセンカ株式会社製のFPA1001Lを意味する。フッ素化合物の濃度は全て5g/Lであり、界面活性剤の濃度は種類を問わず、全て4g/Lである。
本実施例では、フェルト沈降法により前処理液の浸透性を評価した。浸透性評価のため、縦20mm×横20mm×厚さ3mmのサイズにカットしたフェルト(米島フェルト産業株式会社製JA 3t)を準備した。
本実施例では、振とう法により前処理液の耐起泡性を評価した。
を測定した。3分間放置し、泡が消えるまでの時間(秒)を測定した。泡が消えるまでの時間が短いほど、耐起泡性に優れている。なお、3分間放置後も泡が消えないときは、3分間放置後(t=3分)における、液面からの泡の高さ(Ht=3分)を測定し、その差(
=Ht=0分−Ht=3分、消えずに残った泡の高さ)を算出した。
上記試料に1cm幅の切り込みを入れ、JIS−C5012「8.5 めっき密着性」に記載の方法に基づき、90°剥離試験を行ない、ピール強度を測定した。ピール強度は、島津製作所製AUTOGRAPH AGS−Xを用いて測定した。
Claims (5)
- フッ素化合物と;界面活性剤と;C4H9−(OC2H4)n−OH(n=1〜4の整数)で表されるエチレン系グリコールブチルエーテル、および/またはC4H9−(OC3H6)n−OH(n=1〜4の整数)で表されるプロピレン系グリコールブチルエーテルを含有することを特徴とする無電解めっき用前処理剤。
- フッ素化合物と;界面活性剤と;C4H9−(OC2H4)n−OH(n=1〜4の整数)で表されるエチレン系グリコールブチルエーテルを含有することを特徴とする無電解めっき用前処理剤。
- pHが3.1以下である請求項1または2に記載の無電解めっき用前処理剤。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の無電解めっき用前処理剤を用い、絶縁樹脂中にシリカ系フィラーを含有するプリント配線基板の表面を処理することを特徴とするプリント配線基板の前処理方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の無電解めっき用前処理剤を用い、絶縁樹脂中にシリカ系フィラーを含有するプリント配線基板の表面を処理した後、無電解めっきを行なうことを特徴とするプリント配線基板の製造方法。
