Description

本発明は、海水脱硫用散気装置及びそれを備えた海水脱硫装置、並びに水質改善方法に関するものである。
本発明は、前記問題に鑑み、ＳＯ2分が多いプラントでの海水脱硫を適用する場合、ＣＯ2を速やかに除去することができる海水脱硫用散気装置及びそれを備えた海水脱硫装置、並びに水質改善方法を提供することを課題とする。

Claims (8)

  1. 排煙脱硫吸収塔において排ガスと海水とを気液接触させて前記排ガス中の硫黄分を脱硫することによって生じた硫黄分吸収海水を含む酸性混合海水の水質を回復する酸化槽内に配設され、前記酸性混合海水に空気を供給する複数の散気管を備え、
    前記散気管の孔径が５ｍｍ〜５０ｍｍであり、
    前記散気管の孔同士のピッチが４０ｍｍ〜２０００ｍｍであり、
    前記散気管同士のピッチが５００ｍｍ〜４５００ｍｍであることを特徴とする海水脱硫用散気装置。
  2. 請求項１において、
    前記硫黄分吸収海水中の吸収ＳＯ 2 量を硫黄分吸収海水中の吸収ＳＯ 2 量とし、
    海水中のアルカリ度に、前記酸化槽に導入される海水量を乗じた値を海水中アルカリ量としたとき、
    前記硫黄分吸収海水中の吸収ＳＯ 2 量／前記海水中アルカリ量が０．２以上である場合に、前記酸性混合海水に前記散気管から前記空気を供給することを特徴とする海水脱硫用散気装置。
  3. 請求項１又は２において、
    前記散気管の孔から排出される前記空気の噴出流速が１０〜１００ｍ／ｓであることを特徴とする海水脱硫用散気装置。
  4. 請求項１から３のいずれか１項の海水脱硫用散気装置を、前記酸化槽内における前記酸性混合海水が流入する流れ方向の入口側に有することを特徴とする海水脱硫装置。
  5. 請求項１から３のいずれか１項の海水脱硫用散気装置を、前記酸化槽内における前記酸性混合海水が流入する流れ方向の入口側と、前記酸性混合海水が排出する流れ方向の出口側とに有することを特徴とする海水脱硫装置。
  6. 排ガス中の硫黄分を海水と接触させて海水脱硫することによって生じた硫黄分吸収海水を含む酸性混合海水に、請求項１から３のいずれか１項に記載の海水脱硫用散気装置を使用して空気を供給することを特徴とする水質改善方法。
  7. 請求項６において、
    前記硫黄分吸収海水中の吸収ＳＯ 2 量を硫黄分吸収海水中の吸収ＳＯ 2 量とし、
    海水中のアルカリ度に、前記酸化槽に導入される海水量を乗じた値を海水中アルカリ量としたとき、
    前記硫黄分吸収海水中の吸収ＳＯ 2 量／前記海水中アルカリ量が０．２以上の場合に、前記散気管から前記酸性混合海水に前記空気を供給することを特徴とする水質改善方法。
  8. 請求項６又は７において、
    前記散気管の孔から排出される空気の噴出流速を１０〜１００ｍ／ｓとなるよう前記空気を前記散気管に送給することを特徴とする水質改善方法。
