Description
また、特許文献2の高周波ミシンでは、被加工材の移送手段として、被加工材を表裏両面から挟むように配置された上下一対のローラからなるローラ装置を用い、該ローラ装置の上下一対のローラの相対回転により被加工材を一定速度で加工進行方向に連続的に強制移送するものであるために、高周波電力によって溶融された熱可塑性樹脂テープの接着剤が繊維生地中に浸透しやすいようにローラによる押圧力を強くすることが望ましいが、そうした場合、ローラによる強い押圧力の影響で被加工材の繊維生地が波打ちやすく、その結果、製造加工されるアパレル品の仕上がりが悪化するという新たな問題が残されていた。
この場合は、上下一対の耐熱性エンドレスベルトの移動速度を相対的に調整することにより、重ね合わせられた下部の繊維生地部分と上部の繊維生地部分との移送方向の位置ずれを修正することが可能であり、位置ずれ状態のままで接着されることを防ぎ、一層仕上がりのよいアパレル品を得ることができる。
この場合は、前記第2の接着動作モードにおいて、上下一対のエンドレスベルトの下部に配置された突き上げ部材を間欠昇降移動させることにより、上下一対のエンドレスベルト及び被加工材の一部分を上下に繰り返し変位させて上部電極を昇降させることになるので、被加工材は常に上部電極と上下一対のエンドレスベルトとの間に挟まれており、第2の接着動作モード時に被加工材の繊維生地がずれることを防ぎつつ、被加工材の方向転換による曲線移送を確実に保つことができる。また、前記のような突き上げ部材を用いた電極昇降機構は、一般的な縫製ミシンの送り歯を水平運動及び上下運動の組み合わせによって駆動すべく構成されている既知の送り歯循環駆動機構を有効利用して簡単に構成することができる。
この場合は、第2の接着動作モードへの切換えに当たり、最初に上部ローラをローラ昇降機構により上方へ離間上昇させた後、その状態を維持したままで次に電極昇降機構により上部電極を間欠的に昇降させるので、上部電極を間欠的に昇降させる電極昇降機構の動作負荷を軽減することが可能である。特に、突き上げ部材を使用する電極昇降機構の場合、動作負荷の軽減によって突き上げ部材自体の突き上げ面積を極力小さくすることが可能となり、昇降機構の小型化、簡素化を図ることができる。
図1は本発明の実施の形態に係る高周波ミシン全体の外観斜視図、図2は同上高周波ミシン全体の一部を破断して示す左側面図、図3は同上高周波ミシンによる加工対象となる被加工材の要部の拡大断面図、図4は同上高周波ミシンにおける主要部の構成を説明する要部の拡大縦断正面図、図5は同上高周波ミシンにおける主要部の構成を説明する要部の拡大縦断側面図である。
前記ミシンベッド部4の上端部には、後述する被加工材Hを摺接移動可能に載置する被加工材載置板(これは、一般的な縫製ミシンにおける針板に相当し、以下、載置板と称する。)5、滑り板6及び作業用板7がそれらの上面が面一又は略面一の状態で取り付けられている。前記載置板5、滑り板6及び作業用板7は、例えば、ポリアミド、ポリアセタール、ABS、ポリカーボネート等の構造材で、かつ、耐摩耗性、耐食性、電気絶縁性及び耐熱性を有する材料であるエンジニアリングプラスチックから構成されている。特に、載置板5の構成材料としては、ポリエーテル・エーテル・ケトン樹脂からなるスーパーエンジニアリングプラスチックを用いることが好ましい。この場合は、載置板5、滑り板6及び作業用板7の耐熱性、耐摩耗性を一層向上することができる。
なお、前記上部電極13はプラスの電極であり、下部電極14はマイナス電極である。
また、前記電極昇降機構24における突上げ部材31は、上下一対のエンドレスベルト8、9の横幅よりも若干幅の狭い板状に形成されている。
図6に示すように、高周波電力付与装置15は、高周波発振器40と高周波整合装置41と高周波電力の出力を制御する制御回路42と高周波電力の出力調整部43と、を具備してなり、接着加工動作時には、前記上部及び下部電極13、14間に所定の値の高周波電力を連続的に又は間欠的に付与するように構成されている。
(1)第1の接着動作モード:ペダル44を踏み込むと、その踏み込み信号が制御部16に入力されることによって、駆動モータ17、21が回転開始して上下一対のエンドレスベルト8、9が高速側の移動速度に制御されると共に、図7の(A)及び図8、図9に示すように、ローラ装置12における上部ローラ10はローラ昇降機構25を介して下部ローラ11に対して接近する位置に下降され、かつ、上部電極13は電極昇降機構24を介して下部電極14に接近する位置に下降されたままである。
この場合は、速度調整部35を適宜操作して上下一対の耐熱性エンドレスベルト8、9の移動速度を相対的に調整することにより、重ね合わせられた下部の繊維生地部分と上部の繊維生地部分との移送方向の位置ずれを修正することが可能であるので、上下の繊維生地部分が位置ずれしたままの状態で接着されることを防ぎ、一層仕上がりのよいアパレル品を得ることができる。

Claims (6)
- 繊維生地の重ね合わせ部の間に熱可塑性樹脂テープが挟み込まれた被加工材又は二枚の繊維生地の端部を突合せ配置し該二枚の繊維生地の突合せ端部の上面間に亘って熱可塑性樹脂テープが載せ付けられた被加工材を摺接移動可能に載置支持する被加工材載置板と、この被加工材載置板の載置面上に載置支持された前記被加工材を上下から挟んで水平面に沿う特定方向へ搬送する上下一対の耐熱性エンドレスベルトと、前記上下一対の耐熱性エンドレスベルトを介して前記被加工材を上下から挟む位置に配置された上下一対のローラからなり、これらローラの相対回転により前記被加工材を前記特定方向に定速度で強制移送するローラ装置と、前記被加工材載置板の上部に配置されて前記被加工材を前記載置面側に押付ける押え機能を有する上部電極と、該上部電極に対向させて前記被加工材載置板の下部に配置された下部電極と、前記上部及び下部電極間に高周波電力を付与する高周波電力付与装置と、制御部と、を備え、
前記被加工材載置板の載置面上に載置支持されて前記特定方向に移送される前記被加工材に対し前記高周波電力付与装置から前記上部及び下部電極間に高周波電力を付与することによって、前記熱可塑性樹脂テープを高周波誘電加熱により溶融して前記繊維生地の重ね合わせ部又は突合せ端部を前記熱可塑性樹脂テープを介して接着するように構成されている高周波ミシンであって、
前記ローラ装置における上部ローラを、下部ローラに対して接近する位置と上方へ離間する位置とに昇降させるローラ昇降機構と、前記被加工材載置板の下部に配置されて前記上下一対の耐熱性エンドレスベルトの部分的な上下変位を介して前記上部電極を下部電極に対して接近する位置と上方へ離間する位置とに昇降させる電極昇降機構とが設けられており、
前記制御部は、前記ローラ昇降機構及び電極昇降機構により前記上部ローラ及び上部電極のそれぞれを下部ローラ及び下部電極に対して接近する位置に下降させて被加工材を前記特定方向に連続移送しながら、前記高周波電力付与装置から上部及び下部電極間に所定値の高周波電力を連続的に付与する第1の接着動作モードと、前記ローラ昇降機構により前記上部ローラを下部ローラに対して上方へ離間する位置に上昇させると共に、前記電極昇降機構により前記上部電極を下部電極に対して上方へ離間する位置と接近する位置とに間欠的に昇降させて被加工材を前記特定方向に移送しながら、前記高周波電力付与装置から上部及び下部電極間に所定値の高周波電力を間欠的に付与する第2の接着動作モードと、に切換え制御可能に構成されていることを特徴とする高周波ミシン。 - 前記上下一対の耐熱性エンドレスベルトは、フッ化エチレン樹脂から構成され、被加工材を挟む上下対向面が前記特定方向に向けて同速度で移動するように上下各別に駆動移動されるように構成されている請求項1に記載の高周波ミシン。
- 前記上下一対の耐熱性エンドレスベルトのうち、上部のエンドレスベルトの移動速度は、下部のエンドレスベルトの移動速度に対して調整可能に構成されている請求項1に記載の高周波ミシン。
- 前記電極昇降機構は、水平運動及び上下運動の組み合わせによって下部の耐熱性エンドレスベルトの下面に接触して上下一対の耐熱性エンドレスベルト及び被加工材の一部分を間欠的に上下に繰り返し変位させるように間欠昇降移動する突き上げ部材を備えている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の高周波ミシン。
- 前記制御部は、前記第2の接着動作モードへの切換えに伴い、まず、前記ローラ昇降機構により前記上部ローラを下部ローラに対して上方へ離間する位置に上昇させ、次いで、該上部ローラの上昇状態を維持したままで前記電極昇降機構により前記上部電極を下部電極に対して間欠的に昇降させる制御を実行するように構成されている請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の高周波ミシン。
- 前記高周波電力付与装置は、前記第2の接着動作モード時及び第1の接着動作モード時のいずれにおいても、前記繊維生地の重ね合わせ部又は突合せ端部における接着力が一定又は略一定に保持されるように、前記上部及び下部電極間に付与する高周波電力の出力を調整可能に構成されている請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の高周波ミシン。
